Claims (3)
- 産業用ロボットのアームとヘッドとの間に配設される複数個の制御ケーブルが、ロボットが動作する時に緩むことよるねじり及び曲げによって損傷を受けないようにする産業用ロボットのケーブル調節装置において、
長手方向に移送孔が内設された管体で、前端部には移送孔に内挿固定される貫通孔が形成された固定リングを備えた状態で産業用ロボットのアーム上部に取り付けられる本体と;
前記本体の移送孔にスライド移動可能に内挿される貫通孔が形成された移送リングと;
複数個の制御ケーブルを一体状態で取り囲む管体で、前記本体の移送孔に内挿された状態で、一端部は前記移送リングに結合し、他端部は前記本体の固定リングに形成された貫通孔を介して産業用ロボットのヘッドに結合するケーブルチューブと;及び、
前記ケーブルチューブに外挿された状態で両端部の各々が前記本体の固定リング及び前記移送リングに結合され、前記ケーブルチューブが前記移送リングによりスライド移動しても、弾性力によって元の位置に復帰するようにして、産業用ロボットのアームとヘッドとの間の緩みが発生しないようにする弾性体と、を含むことを特徴とする産業用ロボットのケーブル調節装置。 - 前記本体の長手方向の後端部には前記移送孔に連通されるジャム防止溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の産業用ロボットのケーブル調節装置。
- 前記弾性体は、弾性力を有するスプリングであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の産業用ロボットのケーブル調節装置。
