Claims (15)
- 上面に絶縁膜が形成されたシャーシと、
前記絶縁膜上に形成された回路配線と、
前記絶縁膜上に配置され前記回路配線に電気的に連結された複数のLEDと、
を含み、
前記シャーシは、底面及び側壁を有し、当該底面及び側壁によって形成される内部空間に前記複数のLEDを収容して支持することを特徴とするバックライトユニット。 - 前記シャーシの下面に形成された絶縁膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記シャーシは、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム系合金で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記絶縁膜は、アルミニウム陽極酸化膜であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記回路配線は、銀(Ag)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記回路配線は、銀ペーストの組成物で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記複数のLEDは、白色LEDであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記複数のLEDは、青色LED、緑色LED及び赤色LEDを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 底面及び側壁を有するシャーシを設ける段階と、
前記シャーシの上面に絶縁膜を形成する段階と、
前記絶縁膜上に回路配線を形成する段階と、
前記絶縁膜上に前記回路配線と連結されるように複数のLEDを実装する段階と、
を含み、
前記複数のLEDは、前記シャーシの底面及び側壁によって形成される内部空間内に収容されて支持されることを特徴とするバックライトユニットの製造方法。 - 前記シャーシは、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム系合金で形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法。
- 前記シャーシの上面に絶縁膜を形成する段階は、前記シャーシの上面部を陽極酸化し、前記シャーシの上面にアルミニウム陽極酸化膜を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法。
- 前記シャーシの上面部を陽極酸化するとき、前記シャーシの下面部も陽極酸化することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法。
- 前記回路配線を形成する段階は、前記シャーシの上面の前記絶縁膜上に銀ペーストを配置する段階と、前記銀ペーストを定着させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれか1つに記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法。
- 前記銀ペーストを配置する段階は、回路配線パターンで銀ペーストを塗布する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法。
- 前記回路配線パターンを有する前記銀ペーストは、印刷法により塗布されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバックライトユニットの製造方法。
