Description
[比較例]
比較例では、木質繊維板14として、「厚み2.7mm、比重0.7」の広葉樹系のMDFを使用し、接着剤18として、ビニルウレタン系接着剤を使用し、木質薄突板16として、「厚み0.18mm」のホワイトバーチ単板を使用した。また、合板基材12として、「厚み9.0mm、比重0.7」のゴム合板を使用した。つまり、比較例の基本的構成は実施例1の構成と同じである。
[検討]
比較例では、合板基材12を含む全ての構成材料を積層して「積層体」を得た後、この「積層体」に「エンボス加工」を施して凹凸模様22を有する化粧板10を得るようにしている。これに対し、実施例1〜4では、合板基材12を除いた構成材料を積層し、これに「エンボス加工」を施して凹凸模様22を有する表面化粧材20,44を形成し、その後、表面化粧材20,44を合板基材12に積層して化粧板10を得るようにしている。

Claims (3)
- 表面に凹凸模様を有する化粧板の製造方法であって、
(a)比重0.4〜1.0で、厚さ0.80〜6.00mmの木質繊維板の表面に厚さ0.15〜0.40mmの天然材からなる木質薄突板を直接的または間接的に接着することによって積層体を形成し、
(b)前記積層体に熱圧プレスを施すことによって前記木質繊維板と前記木質薄突板とが一体化した一体化積層体を形成し、
(c)前記一体化積層体の含水率を7〜20%に調整し、
(d)前記一体化積層体の表面に前記木質繊維板および前記木質薄突板の両方に亘って深さ0.15〜0.40mmの凹凸模様を熱圧プレスで形成することによって表面化粧材を生成し、
(e)前記表面化粧材の裏面に合板基材を接着する、化粧板の製造方法。 - 前記(a)工程では、前記木質繊維板と前記木質薄突板との間に防湿シートを介在させるようにした、請求項1に記載の化粧板の製造方法。
- 表面化粧材の生成においては、木質繊維板の圧縮の程度を木質薄突板の圧縮の程度よりも大きくした、請求項1または2に記載の化粧板の製造方法。
