Description
この際に、環状の合口部材10が合成樹脂部材8に対して外側への力を作用させ、図1cに示すように、シールリングがクランププレート1、合成樹脂部材8およびガラス厚板3の間にあるスペースを埋めるようになる。追加のガラス厚板11が、内方ガラス厚板3の外方に配置されてもよい。この場合、スペーサーフレーム12およびコーキングマスチック樹脂13が補助的に用いられ、ガラス厚板3、11の間のスペースがシールされることにより、このスペース内において望ましいガスが存在するようにすることができる。
この取り付けの際に、ホルダー部材および装置22の補助部材23が用いられる。装置22の中央位置24の一方の側面は、支持構造体(図示せず)に取り付けられるようになっており、反対側の側面には支持部材25が設けられている。この支持部材25上に、上方の並列にあるガラス部材が置かれ、このため、ガラス部材の自重による重力が、クランププレートが配置される穴に及ぼされることはなく、ほとんど軸力のみが、言い換えれば穴と同じ方向における力のみが、具体的には例えば風力による負荷のみがかかることとなる。
Claims (7)
- 厚板部材を相互に接続する機構であって、厚板部材は、互いに向き合うよう形成され、周辺スペーサーフレーム(12)が間に挟まれた少なくとも2つの厚板(3、11)と、前記厚板のうち内方厚板(3)に形成された穴(2)の外部に取り付けられる接続部分(6)を有する内方クランププレートと、を備え、前記内方クランププレートは前記内方厚板(3)の内方表面に隣接するよう配置され、
前記機構は、装置(22)およびホルダー部材(17)を備え、
前記ホルダー部材(17)は、前記内方厚板(3)の外方表面に取り付けられる外方クランププレート(14)と、前記穴を介して前記内方クランププレートの連結を行う接続部分(15)とを備え、
前記装置(22)は、支持構造体に接続されるとともにホルダー部材(17)に接続されるようになっており、
前記装置(22)は細長い支持部材(25)を更に備え、この支持部材(25)は、少なくとも2つの並列/平行な部材が前記支持部材(25)上に載るよう、少なくとも2つの並列/平行な部材を支持するようになっていることを特徴とする機構。 - 前記装置(22)は、前記支持構造体に取り付けられるよう設けられた中央部分(24)を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の機構。
- 前記装置(22)は、前記中央部分(24)の第1の側面に前記支持構造体が取り付けられるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の機構。
- 前記中央部分(24)における前記第1の側面と反対側にある第2の側面に、前記支持部材(25)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の機構。
- 前記外方クランププレートにボールジョイント(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 前記装置は、前記ホルダー部材(17)の取り付けを行う補助部材(23)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 前記厚板部材はガラス部材であり、前記少なくとも2つの厚板(3、11)はガラス厚板(3、11)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
