- ステンレス鋼からなり、飲料を収容するための容器(9)の製造方法であって、
前記容器(9)の内面を硝酸およびフッ酸の混合水溶液に接触させて処理する混合酸処理工程(104)と、
前記混合酸処理工程(104)の後、前記容器(9)の内面が乾燥する前に、前記容器(9)の内面に有機酸水溶液を接触させて処理する有機酸処理工程(106)と、
前記有機酸処理工程(106)の後、前記容器(9)の内面を洗浄する後洗浄工程(107)と、
前記後洗浄工程(107)の後、前記容器(9)の内面を乾燥させる工程(108)とを有し、
前記容器(9)の内面に不働態被膜を形成するようにした飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載した飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法であって、
前記混合酸処理工程(104)と前記有機酸処理工程(106)の間に、前記容器(9)の内面を洗浄する前洗浄工程(105)を有する飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載した飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法であって、
前記有機酸処理工程(106)は、倒立させた前記容器(9)の内面に前記有機酸水溶液をシャワー状に噴射させるものである飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載した飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法であって、
前記有機酸処理工程(106)は、前記有機酸水溶液の温度が60〜95℃の範囲である飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載した飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法であって、
前記有機酸処理工程(106)は、前記有機酸水溶液の噴射を10秒間〜10分間継続するものである飲料用ステンレス容器の製造方法。
