Claims (6)
- 上段から貯留槽、乾燥部、集穀部を順に配置し、集穀部と貯留槽には穀物を揚穀する揚穀装置と接合して、貯留槽、乾燥部、集穀部を循環する穀物乾燥装置であって、
乾燥部は左右方向を横断する熱風層、乾燥層、排風層若しくは、排風層、乾燥層、熱風層の順で前後方向に繰り返し配置して成る乾燥体を複数隣り合わせて並列に配置して構成し、
前記乾燥体の互いに隣り合う空間に排風胴を形成したことを特徴とする穀物乾燥装置。 - 上段から貯留槽、乾燥部、集穀部を順に配置し、集穀部と貯留槽には穀物を揚穀する揚穀装置と接合し、貯留槽の上面には揚穀装置から排出される穀物を均等に貯留するための張り込み装置を備え、集穀部には熱風室と排風室と、穀物を一方に流下させる集穀流下路とその下端に揚穀装置の投入部に繋がる集穀装置を備えて、穀物が貯留槽、乾燥部、集穀部を循環する穀物乾燥装置であって、
乾燥部は左右方向を横断する熱風層、乾燥層、排風層若しくは、排風層、乾燥層、熱風層の順で前後方向に繰り返し配置して成る乾燥体を複数隣り合わせて並列に配置して成り、
前記乾燥体の互いに隣り合う空間に排風胴を形成し、
それぞれの乾燥体の下方にはそれぞれの集穀部の集穀流下路を備えたことを特徴とする穀物乾燥装置。 - 集穀部はその左右両端方向には燃焼装置を備える熱風室を、中央部は送風機を備える排風室とすることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の穀物乾燥装置。
- 集穀部の集穀流下路は、その中央下端に備える集穀装置方向に穀物を収集する二つの斜面から形成して一方の斜面に排塵通路を設けると共に、乾燥部の隣り合う乾燥体にそれぞれ接続された集穀流下路は、排塵通路を備えた斜面が対向して排風室に向き合うように一方の集穀流下路が180°反転して乾燥体に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1、2または請求項3記載の穀物乾燥装置。
- 角筒状の乾燥装置の前後方向のいずれかの中央部には乾燥装置本体から若干の距離をおいて揚穀装置を配置し、二つの乾燥体の下端に接続された集穀流下路下端の集穀装置の排出口は、揚穀装置の左右に備える張り込み口に個々に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または請求項4記載の穀物乾燥装置。
- 貯留槽の天井には揚穀装置で集穀部から揚穀した穀物を貯留槽内に均一に投入するための張り込み装置を、揚穀装置の排出口から斜め後方に角度をもって、そして揚穀装置の上部の排出方向を反転させた場合においては、斜め後方の角度の取り付け位置を、穀物乾燥装置の前後方向の中央を対象として、対象位置に取り付けられる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または請求項5記載の穀物乾燥装置。
