Claims (3)
- 少なくとも垂直曲げ型スラブ連続鋳造機の矯正部よりも上流側で、スラブ鋳片のコーナー部を圧下しながら溶鋼を連続鋳造するに際し、前記連続鋳造機の湾曲部に鋳片支持ロールとは独立して設置した、外広がりのテーパー部を両端部に備えた糸車状ロールまたは前記コーナー部と相対する圧下ロールを用い、前記コーナー部の鋳片表面温度を900℃以上としてコーナー部を斜めの方向から圧下し、鋳片矯正時の鋳造方向の引張応力に起因する鋳片横割れを防止することを特徴とする、鋼の連続鋳造方法。
- 連続鋳造機の二次冷却帯で前記コーナー部を冷却せずにコーナー部の鋳片表面温度を900℃以上に制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼の連続鋳造方法。
- 連続鋳造機内で前記コーナー部を900℃以上に加熱した後に、コーナー部を圧下することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼の連続鋳造方法。
