Description
続いて、このような固定治具100を使用した封口されたハニカムフィルタの製造方法について、図4〜図6を参照して説明する。
フェライト系ステンレスからなるものとできる。厚みは、例えば、0.1〜1mmとすることができる。
Claims (8)
- 柱状のハニカム構造体が載置される載置面を有する台座と、
前記台座に固定されると共に、前記載置面上に載置されるハニカム構造体の側面を挟持する挟持部材と、
前記台座に固定されると共に、前記ハニカム構造体の上に載置されるマスクの外周部における台座側の面を吸着する吸着部材と、を備える固定治具。 - 前記挟持部材は、前記ハニカム構造体の側面を取り囲むように配置された複数のエアピッカーを有し、前記エアピッカーはガスが供給されると膨張するゴム中空体を有する請求項1記載の固定治具。
- 前記吸着部材は、電磁石を有する請求項1又は2記載の固定治具。
- 前記吸着部材は、永久磁石、及び、前記永久磁石の磁界を弱める磁界を発生可能な電磁石を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の固定治具。
- 前記吸着部材は、真空吸着パッドを有する請求項1又は2のいずれか記載の固定治具。
- 台座の載置面上に載置されたハニカム構造体の側面を挟持する工程と、
前記ハニカム構造体の端面の上においてハニカム構造体の貫通孔とマスクの穴との位置を合わせる工程と、
前記位置が合わせられたマスクの外周部における台座側の面を前記台座に固定された吸着部材で吸着する工程と、
を備えるハニカム構造体とマスクとの固定方法。 - 請求項6記載のハニカム構造体とマスクとの固定方法と、前記吸着されたマスクを介して前記ハニカム構造体の貫通孔に封口材を供給する工程と、を備えるハニカムフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記吸着する工程と、前記封口材を供給する工程とを、互いに離れた場所で行い、前記吸着する工程と、前記封口材を供給する工程との間に、さらに、前記固定治具を移動する工程を備える請求項7記載の方法。
