Claims (12)
- 上方から見て黒色であり、無色のガラス融材と焼入れに対して安定している所定の重量割合の黒色顔料とを含む装飾塗料が施されたガラスセラミックパネルによって形成された調理天板であって、
前記黒色顔料の重量割合は3%であること、及び前記黒色顔料は少なくとも部分的に無亜鉛ガラスによって被覆されていることを特徴とする調理天板。 - 前記無色ガラス融材が酸化物に基づく重量%でガラス組成物:

と、黒色Cr化合物、 Mn化合物、 Fe-化合物、 Co-化合物、 Ni化合物、 Se化合物及びCl化合物から成る群より選ばれたものであって、着色及び調製のための少なくとも一つの着色成分とを有して成る、請求項1又は2に記載の調理天板。 - 前記少なくとも一つの黒色顔料がCr-Fe-Co-Mnスピネルから成る、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記一つの黒色顔料は、その粒度は粒度分布D50 < 2μ、最大粒径5μである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記被覆ガラスが無亜鉛硼アルミ珪酸ガラスである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に被覆された顔料が前記無亜鉛被覆ガラス70重量%及び前記黒色顔料30重量%を含んで成る、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に被覆された顔料が最大粒度10μ、粒度分布D50 < 5μである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記装飾塗料が面粗さRa≦ 0.35μで、装飾としてのバックグラウンドテクスチャー(背景構造)として塗布される請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記装飾塗料が層厚み1〜7μを有して成る、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
- 前記黒色顔料のCIE・LAB色値L*,a*,b*が、
L*≦25、a*=0.0〜0.1、b*=−0.4〜−0.6である請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の調理天板。
