(実施例1)
重量平均分子量(Mw)33万、融点135℃の高密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン社製)を、同方向二軸混練押出機(プラスチック工学研究所製)に供給して樹脂温度200℃で溶融混練した後、溶融混練物をロール温度110℃に制御したカレンダー成形機にて、幅370mm、厚さ2.5mmにシート成形してポリエチレン樹脂シートを得た。
重量平均分子量(Mw)33万、融点135℃の高密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン社製)を、同方向二軸混練押出機(プラスチック工学研究所製)に供給して樹脂温度200℃で溶融混練した後、溶融混練物をロール温度110℃に制御したカレンダー成形機にて、幅370mm、厚さ2.5mmにシート成形してポリエチレン樹脂シートを得た。
実施例2で得られた接着剤層を有する延伸ポリエチレン樹脂シートを、延伸方向が同一になるように発泡倍率1.5倍、厚さ0.5mmの低発泡ポリエチレン樹脂シ−トの両面に熱融着し、図3に示した積層低発泡樹脂シートを得た。図3は得られた積層低発泡樹脂シートの断面図であり、低発泡ポリエチレン樹脂シ−ト3の両面に、延伸ポリエチレン樹脂シート4、41が熱融着されている。

Claims (2)
- 180度及び90度に折曲げて1分間保持した後解放し、解放後5分経過した時の折曲げ戻り角度θが共に20度以下である形状保持性を有し且つ重量平均分子量が10万〜50万のポリオレフィン系樹脂シートが延伸倍率5〜40倍に一軸延伸されてなる延伸ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを切断して得られた、幅が3〜100mmの延伸ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを経糸及び緯糸として織成してなり、上記経糸及び緯糸はその長さ方向に延伸されていることを特徴とするポリオレフィン系樹脂織成シート。
- 発泡倍率が1.2〜5倍の低発泡合成樹脂シ−トの両面に、180度及び90度に折曲げて1分間保持した後解放し、解放後5分経過した時の折曲げ戻り角度θが共に20度以下である形状保持性を有し且つ重量平均分子量が10万〜50万のポリオレフィン系樹脂シートが延伸倍率5〜40倍に一軸延伸されてなる延伸ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートが積層されてなる積層低発泡樹脂シートを経糸及び緯糸として織成してなることを特徴とするポリオレフィン系樹脂織成シート。
