Claims (17)
- コードレス電動工具であって、
少なくとも1つのバッテリセルを有するバッテリパックと、
前記コードレス電動工具の構成要素を動かすための、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルによって電力を供給されるモータと、
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル、及び前記モータの内の1つが過負荷状態によって機能しなくなる前に、前記過負荷状態によって機能しなくなるように構成される保護されたウィークリンク素子と、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子の電力状態を監視するように構成される監視回路とを備え、
前記監視回路が、更に、前記監視された電力状態に応答して、前記保護されたウィークリンク素子を前記過負荷状態から保護するように構成されると共に、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子の保護が、更に、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル、及び前記モータを前記過負荷状態から保護する
ことを特徴とするコードレス電動工具。 - 前記保護されたウィークリンク素子が、ヒューズを含み、
前記電力状態が、前記ヒューズを横断する電圧降下を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記バッテリパックが、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルと接続された放電スイッチを更に備え、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子が、前記放電スイッチを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記電力状態が前記放電スイッチを横断する電圧降下を含み、
もし前記電圧降下がしきい値以上である場合、前記監視回路が、更に、前記放電スイッチを開くことによって、前記放電スイッチを故障から保護するように構成され、
前記放電スイッチが故障する前に前記放電スイッチを開くように前記監視回路が構成され得るように、前記しきい値が設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記放電スイッチが、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)を含み、
前記電圧降下が、前記FETのソース端子とドレイン端子とを横断する電圧降下であり、
前記FETが、約摂氏30[度]のジャンクション温度で約3.0[ミリオーム]のドレイン−ソース間抵抗を有しており、
前記ジャンクション温度が増加するのに従って、前記ドレイン−ソース間抵抗が増加する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記バッテリパックが前記放電スイッチの故障から保護されるように、前記放電スイッチが、前記バッテリパックから分離される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 保護されたウィークリンク素子となる、コードレス電動工具の電力供給システムの複数の構成要素の内の1つを選択する処理と、
前記複数の構成要素の残りの過負荷状態による機能停止以前に、前記保護されたウィークリンク素子が前記過負荷状態によって機能しなくなるように構成する処理と、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子の電力状態を監視する処理と、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子を前記過負荷状態から保護する処理とを含み、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子の保護が、更に、前記構成要素の残りを前記過負荷状態から保護する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記保護されたウィークリンク素子が、ヒューズを含み、
前記電力状態が、前記ヒューズを横断する電圧降下を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記保護されたウィークリンク素子が、バッテリパックの放電スイッチを備え、
前記放電スイッチが、前記バッテリパックの少なくとも1つのバッテリセルに接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記電力状態が、前記放電スイッチを横断する電圧降下を含み、
前記監視する処理が、前記電圧降下をしきい値と比較する処理を含み、
前記保護する処理が、もし前記電圧降下が前記しきい値以上である場合、前記放電スイッチを開く処理を含み、
前記放電スイッチが故障する前に前記放電スイッチが開くように、前記しきい値が設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記放電スイッチが、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)を含み、
前記電圧降下が、前記FETのソース端子とドレイン端子とを横断する電圧降下であり、
前記FETが、約摂氏30[度]のジャンクション温度で約3.0[ミリオーム]のドレイン−ソース間抵抗を有しており、
前記ジャンクション温度が増加するのに従って、前記ドレイン−ソース間抵抗が増加する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記バッテリパックが前記放電スイッチの故障から保護されるように、前記放電スイッチを前記バッテリパックから分離する処理を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つのバッテリセルと、
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルに接続された保護されたウィークリンク素子と、
前記保護されたウィークリンク素子を横断する電圧降下を監視すると共に、もし前記電圧降下がしきい値以上である場合、前記保護されたウィークリンク素子を遮断するための監視回路とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルを過負荷状態から保護するように、前記しきい値が選択される
ことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記保護されたウィークリンク素子が、放電スイッチを含み、
前記過負荷状態が、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルからの最大放電電流を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記放電スイッチが、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)を含み、
前記電圧降下が、前記FETのソース端子とドレイン端子とを横断する電圧降下であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記FETが、約摂氏30[度]のジャンクション温度で約3.0[ミリオーム]のドレイン−ソース間抵抗を有しており、
前記ジャンクション温度が増加するのに従って、前記ドレイン−ソース間抵抗が増加する
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリパックが前記放電スイッチの故障から保護されるように、前記放電スイッチが、前記バッテリパックから分離される
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。
