Description
本発明の実施形態1に係るトルク変動吸収装置について図面を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係るトルク変動吸収装置の構成を模式的に示した切欠き平面図である。図2は、本発明の実施形態1に係るトルク変動吸収装置の構成を模式的に示した図1のX−X´間の断面図である。図3は、本発明の実施形態1に係るトルク変動吸収装置における摩擦材の構成を模式的に示した(a)部分平面図、及び(b)Y−Y´間の部分断面図である。なお、図1ではボルト28を省略している。

Claims (1)
- ディスク部材に固定された摩擦材を摺動可能に2つのプレートで挟持したリミッタ機構を有するトルク変動吸収装置において、
前記摩擦材は、繊維基材を含むとともに、摩擦面に所定の形状で60個以上の有底穴を有し、
隣り合う前記有底穴間の最短距離は、2mm以上10mm以下であり、
前記有底穴の深さは、前記最短距離に対し5%以上75%以下であることを特徴とするトルク変動吸収装置。
