Claims (3)
- 少なくとも透明電極が成膜される基板表面の算術平均粗さRaとその平均長さRSmが、0.4≦Ra/RSm≦1.2であることを特徴とするフラットディスプレイ用ガラス基板。
- 前記算術平均粗さRaが、0.30μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフラットディスプレイ用ガラス基板。
- 前記平均長さRSmが、0.45μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のフラットディスプレイ用ガラス基板。
