Claims (9)
- 基板とこの基板と一体化したフィルムとから成る反応容器であって、前記基板がその裏面に線状の凹部を有し、前記フィルムがこの線状凹部を塞いでフィルムと基板に囲まれたトンネル状PCR反応室を構成している反応容器であって、
前記フィルムが基板の裏面表面より反応室側に入り込んで突出部を形成していることを特徴とする反応容器。 - 前記突出部の高さが0.1〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応容器。
- 前記フィルムが硬化型接着剤によって基板と一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の反応容器。
- 前記フィルムがヒートシールによって基板と一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の反応容器。
- 前記トンネル状PCR反応室の両端に基板を貫通する貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応容器。
- 請求項5記載の反応容器の反応室に遺伝子を含むサンプル、遺伝子増幅試薬及び比重の軽い不揮発性液体を注入して、前記遺伝子の増幅反応を行うことを特徴とする遺伝子増幅反応方法。
- 前記サンプルが生体サンプルであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の遺伝子増幅反応方法。
- 前記遺伝子増幅試薬がPCR反応試薬であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の遺伝子増幅反応方法。
- 前記不揮発性液体が、ミネラルオイル、植物油又はシリコーンオイルであることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の遺伝子増幅反応方法。
