Claims (5)
- 軸受部の案内面と軸部との嵌合間の作動流体をシールするシール構造であって、前記軸受部の高圧作動流体側に軸部を囲む径方向の接触面を有するシールリング収容部と、前記シールリング収容部に配置されて内周面が前記軸部の外周面に密接に嵌合するとともに前記接触面と対向する側面が前記接触面に接触するシールリングとを有し、シールリングとシールリング収容部とは被密封流体の圧力を受けて弾性変形しても弾性変形した膨張部分がシールリング収容部の周面によって規制されない相対寸法に形成されていることを特徴とするシール構造。
- 作動手段により弁体を開閉して作動流体を流す制御弁であって、前記弁体を有する軸部と、前記軸部と嵌合して案内する案内面と、前記案内面の軸方向の一方に有して前記軸部の周りに形成されて径方向の接触面を有するシールリング収容部と、前記案内面の軸方向の他方に前記弁体と開閉して前記作動流体が流れる連通路の周りに弁座を有する弁室と、前記シールリング収容部と連通して作動流体を導入する補助通路とを具備し、前記シールリング収容部には内周面が前記軸部の外周面に密接に嵌合するとともに前記接触面と対向する側面が前記接触面に接触するシールリングを有し、且つ前記シールリングは作動流体の圧力を受けて弾性変形しても弾性変形した膨張部分が前記シールリング収容部の周面によって規制されない相対寸法に形成されていることを特徴とするシール構造を用いた制御弁。
- 前記弁室には前記弁座に対向する対向弁座を有し、前記対向弁座の開口と連通するとともに前記補助通路と連通する第1流体通路を有し、かつ前記対向弁座の開口と連通可能であるとともに、前記弁座の開口と連通可能な第2流体通路を有し、前記第2流体通路には前記弁座の開口を介して連通する第3連通路を有し、前記弁体が前記対向弁座と前記弁座とを交互に開閉することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシール構造を用いた制御弁。
- 前記作動手段が電流の大きさに応じて互いに吸引する吸引子を有するソレノイド部に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシール構造を用いた制御弁。
- 前記シールリングがゴムまたは樹脂材製で断面の内周面が円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシール構造を用いた制御弁。
