Description
150phrのコーティングされていない水酸化マグネシウムフィラー(MDH)MAGNIFIN(登録商標)H5(Martinswerk GmbH)をニーダーGK5E(Werner&Pfleiderer;回転速度50rpm、冷却水温度50℃、機械充填レベル75%)中で、インサイチュで、0.4phrの抗酸化剤Irganox(登録商標)1010(Ciba)を添加して処理して100phrのエチレン/酢酸ビニルポリマー(EVA)Escorene Ultra(登録商標)UL00119(EVA,19重量%VAコポリマー、Exxon)を有する化合物を形成させた。その混合物を180℃の配合温度でやめた。
WO96/26240に記載されるように、10kgのMDHフィラーMAGNIFIN(登録商標)H5を、脂肪酸混合物Pristerene(登録商標)4900(フィラーの1.5重量%、Unichema Chemie)およびシリコーンオイルAK150(フィラーの0.3重量%、Wacker Chemie)を用いてHenschelミキサ中でコーティングした。
150phrのコーティングされていないMDHフィラーMAGNIFIN(登録商標)H5を、実施例V1に記載されるニーダー中で0.4phrのIrganox(登録商標)1010、シリコーンオイルAK150(フィラーの0.3重量%)およびPristerene(登録商標)4900(フィラーの1.5重量%)を加えてインサイチュで処理して、100phr Escorene Ultra(登録商標)UL00119を形成した。混合を180℃の配合温度でやめた。
80phr Escorene Ultra(登録商標)UL00328(EVA、27重量%、VAコポリマー、EXXON)および20phr mLLDPE ML2518FL(Exxon)を、150phrのコーティングされていない水酸化アルミニウムフィラー(ATH)MARTINAL(登録商標)ON4608(Martinswerk GmbH)、シリコーンオイルAK150(フィラーの0.5重量%)、Pristerene(登録商標)4912(フィラーの2.5重量%、Unichema Chemie)および0.5phr Irganox(登録商標)1010を用いて130℃のロール温度でローリングミル中でインサイチュで配合した。第一に、このポリマー系をシートが形成されるまでロール上で融解した。次いで、コーティングされていないフィラーおよび添加物を添加した。配合時間は35分であった。
WO96/26240に記載されるように、10kgのコーティングされていないATHフィラーMARTINAL(登録商標)ON4608を、Pristerene(登録商標)4912(フィラーの2.5重量%)およびシリコーンオイルAK150(フィラーの0.5重量%)を用いてHenschelミキサにおいてコーティングした。150phrのこのようにコーティングしたATHフィラーを80phr Escorene Ultra(登録商標)UL00328および20phr mLLDPE ML2518FLを130℃のロール温度で用いてローリングミル上で配合した。第一に、このポリマー系をシートが形成されるまでそのロール上で融解した。次いで、このコーティングされたフィラーおよび0.5phr Irganox(登録商標)1010を加えた。配合時間は35分であった。
186phrのコーティングされていないMDHフィラー(MDH)MAGNIFIN(登録商標)H5および100phrのNovolen(登録商標)3200 H(BASELL)を、175℃のロール温度でローリングミル上で配合した。第一に、このポリマーを、シートが形成されるまでそのロール上で融解した。次いで、コーティングされていないフィラーを加えた。配合時間は35分であった。
186phrのコーティングされていないMDHフィラーMAGNIFIN(登録商標)H5および100phrのNovolen(登録商標)3200Hを、175℃のロール温度でローリングミル上でシリコーンオイルAK150(フィラーの0.5重量%)およびPristerene(登録商標)4912(フィラーの1.0重量%)を加えてインサイチュで配合した。第一に、このポリマーを、シートが形成されるまでそのロール上で融解した。配合時間は35分であった。
10kg MDHフィラーMAGNIFIN(登録商標)H5を、WO96/26240に記載されるように、Pristerene(登録商標)4912(フィラーの1.0重量%)およびシリコーンオイルAK150(フィラーの0.5重量%)を用いて、Henschelミキサにおいてコーティングした。
ポリプロピレン化合物についての押し出しされた試験片における張力強度/破壊時の伸長:DIN53455に従う。
Claims (8)
- a)少なくとも1つの熱可塑性または架橋可能なポリマーまたは熱可塑性エラストマー、
b)少なくとも1つのハロゲンフリーの難燃剤の水酸化アルミニウムまたは水酸化マグネシウムを含むフィラーを5重量%〜90重量%、
c)適合性促進添加物であって:
ハロゲンフリー難燃剤フィラー100部あたり、0.01〜20部の量のシロキサン誘導体;ならびに
i)ハロゲンフリー難燃剤フィラー100部あたり、0.01〜10部の量のポリマー脂肪酸、ケト脂肪酸、脂肪アルキルオキサゾリンまたはビスオキサゾリンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの脂肪酸誘導体、ならびに/または
ii)ハロゲンフリー難燃剤フィラー100部あたり、0.01〜10部の量の少なくとも1つの脂肪酸、
から構成される、添加物、
を混合する工程;および
該フィラー(b)の表面改変の前に、該適合性促進添加物(c)で処理することなく、該フィラー(b)および該適合性促進添加物(c)を用いて該ポリマー(a)をインサイチュで難燃剤化合物へと処理し、難燃剤化合物を形成する、工程
を包含する、充填された難燃剤熱可塑性または架橋可能なポリオレフィンまたは熱可塑性産業用プラスチックまたは熱可塑性エラストマーまたはゴム混合物の調製のための方法。 - 前記合成水酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化アルミニウム、あるいは天然の水酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化アルミニウムを含む鉱物、あるいは天然の水酸化マグネシウムまたは天然のヒドロキシ炭酸マグネシウム、あるいはそれらの混合物を、コーティングしていないハロゲンフリー難燃剤フィラーとして用いることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ハロゲンフリー難燃剤フィラーが70重量%のフィラーの量まで、炭酸カルシウムを置き換えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 個々の成分がニーダーにおいて配合される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーまたは前記ポリマー系がローリングミルにおいて直接溶融された後、個々の成分がローリングミル内で配合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記配合は、コニーダーによって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記配合は、ツインスクリューの押し出し機において行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記配合は、連続ミキサにおいて行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
