Claims (6)
- プラグハウジング(12)内に設けられ、コンタクト要素(11)を受け付けるとともに、前記コンタクト要素(11)に配設された固定要素(41)と当接するための少なくとも一つの当接部(51、52)が形成された、少なくとも一つのコンタクトチャンバ(50)を備え、
前記固定要素(41)が非弾性の固定スナップ部(41)として形成され、
前記コンタクトチャンバ(50)の側壁(30、31)が、少なくとも前記当接部(51、52)の領域において、弾性特性を有する弾性領域を備え、
プラグハウジング(12)において、少なくとも側壁(30、31)の前記弾性領域に隣接する凹部(34、35)が設けられ、
前記凹部(34、35)は、前記コンタクトチャンバ(50)の前記側壁(30、31)と、前記側壁(30、31)の下端に設けられる第1テーパー部(36)と、前記側壁(30、31)の上端に設けられる第2テーパー部(37)と、によって画定され、
前記第1テーパー部(36)と前記第2テーパー部(37)は、前記側壁(30、31)の弾性特性が対称的となるように設けられ、
前記コンタクト要素(11)を前記コンタクトチャンバ(50)に取り付ける際に、前記側壁(30、31)の前記弾性領域が変形することを特徴とするプラグインコネクタ。 - 前記側壁(30、31)は第1の側壁(30)と第2の側壁(31)とを備え、前記第1の側壁(30)と前記第2の側壁(31)は、少なくとも前記当接部(51、52)の領域において、弾性特性を有する弾性領域を備え、
前記凹部(34、35)は、前記第1の側壁(30)の前記弾性領域に隣接する第1の凹部(34)と、前記第2の側壁(31)の前記弾性領域に隣接する第2の凹部(35)とを備える、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。 - 固定スナップ部(41)が前記コンタクト要素(11)の両側に設けられている請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記固定スナップ部(41)の固定面(45)の端部(43)の長さは、所定の引抜力及び/あるいは組み付け力によって規定される請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記固定スナップ部(41)の突出部(44)の長さの最大値は、所定の引抜力及び/あるいは組み付け力によって規定される請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記固定スナップ部(41)の突出部(44)の傾斜(42)の角度は、所定の引抜力及び/あるいは組み付け力によって規定される請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
