Claims (6)
- 耐熱樹脂と無機繊維とからなり、正極缶と負極缶をかしめ封口してなるコインまたはボタン型の電気化学セルに用いられるガスケットであって、
前記耐熱樹脂は、ポリフェニレンサルファイドもしくはポリエーテルエーテルケトンのうち少なくとも一方からなり、
前記無機繊維は、平均繊維長が3〜8.7μmであることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 直径が7mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスケット。
- 前記無機繊維が、チタン酸カリウム繊維および/または珪酸カルシウム繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガスケット。
- 前記無機繊維の樹脂組成物全体中に占める割合が、5〜40質量%である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記ガスケットは断面形状がU字型であり、かつ前記ガスケットの内側壁部が負極缶平面部に接することを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか一項に記載のガスケットを用いたコインまたはボタン型の電気化学セル。
- 耐熱樹脂と無機繊維を、混練機を用いて混ぜ、前記無機繊維の平均繊維長を3〜8.7μmに調整する工程と、
前記耐熱樹脂と前記無機繊維を、ペレタイザーを用いてペレット化する工程と、
前記ペレット化する工程により得られたペレットを用い、射出成形によりガスケットを作製する工程と、を有することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。
