Description
分散剤を添加した後、電極に交流を印加して製造した金属ナノ粒子の分散性を調べるために、水にクエン酸ナトリウムを溶解し、電解水溶液を用意した。用意した電解水溶液に、それぞれ異なる分散剤を投与した。すなわち、ポリソルベート20、60、65、80、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウムをそれぞれ0.01%ずつ投与して6種類の電解水溶液を用意した。それぞれの電解水溶液に一対の金(Au)電極を浸した後、溶液を攪拌しながらイオン化エネルギーを上回る電圧である10Vを20時間印加して金属ナノ粒子を製造した。電気分解時に発生する熱による電解水溶液の過度な温度上昇を防止するために、水溶液内に冷却管を設置して90℃未満に温度を維持した。
電極に交流を印加して金属ナノ粒子を製造した後、分散剤を添加した場合の分散性を調べるために、水にクエン酸ナトリウムを溶解させた6種類の電解水溶液を用意した。それぞれの電解水溶液に一対の金(Au)電極を浸した後、溶液を攪拌しながらイオン化エネルギーを上回る電圧である10Vを20時間印加して金属ナノ粒子を製造した。製造された6つのナノ粒子コロイド溶液に、それぞれ異なる分散剤を投与した。すなわち、ポリソルベート20、60、65、80、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウムをそれぞれ0.01%ずつ投与した。電気分解時に発生する熱による電解水溶液の過度な温度上昇を防止するために、電解水溶液内に冷却管を設置して90℃未満に温度を維持した。
分散剤添加量に応じた分散性の変化を調べるために、クエン酸ナトリウムを溶解させた電解水溶液に添加するポリソルベート量を0.005〜5%の範囲で変化させ、金を電極として使用し、析出中に電解水溶液を攪拌しながら電解水溶液の温度を90℃未満に維持して、20Vの交流を印加して金ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液を製造した。
電解質の温度変化に応じた金属ナノ粒子の分散性とサイズを調べるために、温度を80〜100℃に変化させながら、金ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液を製造した。その際、電解水溶液内に冷却コイルを設置して、冷却水の流量を調節して温度を制御した。分散剤としてはポリソルベート20を0.1重量%添加し、析出中に電解水溶液を攪拌しながら20Vの交流を20時間印加した。
実施例4の結果に基づいて決定した分散剤添加量と温度の条件を用いて、金電極に直流を印加して、分散性を安定して維持できるか否かを決定するために金属ナノ粒子コロイド溶液を製造した。水にクエン酸ナトリウムを溶解させてポリソルベート20、60、65、80のそれぞれを異なる電解水溶液に0.01%添加した。一対の金電極をそれぞれの電解水溶液に浸し、温度を95℃に維持して20Vの直流を20時間印加することにより金ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液を製造した。
実施例4の結果に基づいて決定した分散剤添加量と温度を用いて、白金ナノ粒子コロイド溶液を製造した。水にクエン酸ナトリウムを溶解させた後、ポリソルベート20を0.01%添加し、一対の白金電極を浸した後、温度は95℃に維持して20Vの交流を20時間印加することにより、白金ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液を製造した。
銀ナノ粒子を得るために、電解水溶液にクエン酸ナトリウムを溶解させた後、ポリソルベート20を0.01%添加した。2つの銀電極を溶液中に浸して、温度は95℃を維持して、20Vの直流を20時間印加し、銀ナノ粒子の溶液を製造した。製造された銀ナノ粒子コロイド溶液にクエン酸1%を添加してpHを3に調節した。クエン酸が添加されたコロイド溶液は、直ちに沈殿し、24時間後は粒子が完全に沈殿した。このスラッジ状の銀粒子を濾過して乾燥器で乾燥させることにより銀ナノ粒子粉末を得ることができた。
Claims (4)
- 金属塩が溶解している電解水溶液中に一対の金属電極を対向配置し、攪拌手段により前記電解水溶液を攪拌しながら前記2つの電極に電流を印加することにより、溶液中の金属イオンを還元して金属ナノ粒子を析出させる、金属ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液の製造方法であって、
前記電解水溶液中にポリソルベートを添加して、その電解水溶液から析出する金属ナノ粒子の表面をコーティングすることにより、金属ナノ粒子の凝集を防止し、そして前記電解水溶液に溶解している前記金属塩は、クエン酸ナトリウム、クエン酸カリウム、クエン酸リチウム、及びアスコルビン酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択されるいずれか1つ以上のアルカリ金属塩を含むことを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液の製造方法。 - ポリソルベート20、60、65、及び80からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つ以上のポリソルベートを、0.005重量%〜5重量%の量で添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法により調製された金属ナノ粒子のコロイド溶液に有機酸を添加することにより、粒子を沈殿させて、沈殿物を濾過及び乾燥させることにより調製されることを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子の粉末。
- クエン酸、アスコルビン酸、リンゴ酸、グルタミン酸、グルコン酸、及びアルギン酸からなる群から選択された1つ以上の有機酸が添加されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属ナノ粒子の粉末。
