Claims (5)
- 流動性物質,例えば多成分系の反応性モルタルの成分を混合するためのスタティックミキサ装置であって,
第1シェル部分(11)と第2シェル部分(12)とを具え,これらシェル部分(11,12)がその長手方向(13)に沿い,シール縁部(14,15)において結合手段(30)により互いに当接状態で結合可能とされ,両シェル部分(11,12)の相互間に限定される流路(16)内にガイド部材(20)が配置され,該流路(16)が入口(17)から出口(18)まで延在するミキサ装置において,
前記ガイド部材(20)を一方のシェル部分(11)の内面に設けられたブレード部材(21,22)として構成し,該ブレード部材(21,22)を,両シェル部分(11,12)の結合状態で前記流路(16)の一部(35)が残されて前記流動性物質の流れを許容するように,シェル部分(11,12)のシール縁部(14,15)を超えて他方のシェル部分(12)の内面側まで突出させ,
前記ブレード部材(21,22)における外周側の端面(23)の輪郭形状を他方のシェル部分(12)の内周形状に対応させ,さらに,
少なくとも1個のブレード部材(21,22)の端面(23)に係止部材(31)として構成した結合手段(30)を配置し,該結合手段(30)を他方のシェル部分(12,11)に配置した対応係止手段(32)と作用結合可能としたことを特徴とするミキサ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のミキサ装置において,前記ブレード部材(21,22)を対(24)として配置し,各対を構成する2個のブレード部材(21,22)をミキサ装置の長手方向で互いに離間させた状態で対向させたことを特徴とするミキサ装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のミキサ装置において,各対(24)を構成する2個のブレード部材(21,22)間で流路(16)を狭めることを特徴とするミキサ装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のミキサ装置において,少なくとも1個のシェル部分(11,12)に,流路(16)内に突出する柱状体(19)を設けたことを特徴とするミキサ装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のミキサ装置において,前記ブレード部材(21,22)及び/又は柱状体(19)を少なくとも部分的に中空とし,その中空スペース(37,38,39)をシェル部分(11,12)の外面に向けて開放したことを特徴とするミキサ装置。
