Claims (9)
- 内部導管の範囲を定める本体を有し、回転軸(2)を有するシャッタ(1)を備えるエンジン制御弁であって、前記回転軸(2)は、前記シャッタ(1)を第1の部分(3)および第2の部分(4)に分割し、前記シャッタ(1)は、流体が前記導管を流れることができるようにする全開位置と、前記流れを防止する閉位置との間を枢動可能なように前記導管内に取り付けられ、前記閉位置で前記第1の部分(3)がシール(8)に突き合わせられ、
ガスが前記導管を流れるようにする開口(11)が前記シール(8)に設けられ、前記シール(8)は、前記開口(11)を部分的に覆うように前記開口(11)内に突出する拡張部(12)を有し、
前記開口(11)は矩形であり、前記拡張部(12)は、三角形であり、且つ、前記開口(11)を取り囲む前記シール(8)の少なくとも1つの縁部(15、16)から突き出る、エンジン制御弁。 - 前記シール(8)は単一の面に延伸する、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記拡張部(12)は、前記開口内に突出すると共に前記開口(11)の2つの隣接する縁部との交差をなす方向に延伸する縁部を規定する、請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記拡張部(12)は、前記シャッタが閉位置にあるとき、前記シャッタ(1)の前記第1の部分(3)と平坦に接触して係合する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記拡張部(12)は、直角三角形であり、且つ、前記開口(11)を取り囲む前記シール(8)の少なくとも2つの縁部(15、16)に接合される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記拡張部(12)および前記シール(8)は、単一の部品を形成する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 材料が、前記シール(8)の前記拡張部(12)の輪郭に対応する輪郭を有するゾーンにおいて前記シャッタ(1)の前記第1の部分(3)から除去されて、前記シャッタ(1)が閉位置にある時、前記ゾーンに前記拡張部(12)を配置することができる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記シール(8)は、前記シャッタ(1)の前記第2の部分(4)と相互作用するように設計された延長部(10)を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記シール(8)の前記延長部(10)は、二次開口(19)を含む、請求項8に記載の弁。
