Description
閉位置と、弁座に面して配置される前記第1ダクトの壁に極めて接近する開位置との間で、前記弁座に直交して前記第1ダクト内を滑動する弁体と、
前記弁体を前記閉位置から前記開位置に動かす手段と、
前記弁体を前記閉位置に移動させる弾性スプリング機構とを備えている。前記弁体が、前記閉位置に極めて接近しているとき、前記弁は、ガスの流れが、前記弁体を前記閉位置に移動させるように、前記第1ダクトから前記第2ダクトへのガス流の方向が定められた構成を有する。
−前記第1ダクトは、熱交換器を介して排気管に連結され、
−前記第2ダクトは、直接的または間接的に、吸気管に連結されている方法を提供するものである。

Claims (3)
- 第2ダクト(2)に直交して開口することにより、弁座(7)を形成する交線を定めている第1ダクト(1)を定めている本体と、
閉位置と、弁座(7)に面して配置されている前記第1ダクト(1)の壁(5)に極めて接近する開位置との間で、前記弁座(7)に直交して前記第1ダクト(1)内を滑動する弁体(8)と、
−前記弁体(8)は、前記弁座(7)とは反対側の平坦な背面(16)に存し、前記背面(16)の中心から延在して突出し、かつ、前記弁体(8)の広い開位置では、前記壁(5)に当接するボス(11)を備え、
前記弁体(8)を前記閉位置から前記開位置に動かす手段(12)と、
前記弁体(8)を前記閉位置に移動させる弾性スプリング機構とを有する少なくとも1つの弁(100)を備える排気ガス再循環回路であって、
−排気管は前記弁(100)の前記第1ダクト(1)に連結され、
−吸気管は前記弁(100)の前記第2ダクト(2)に連結され、
少なくとも、前記弁体(8)が前記閉位置に極めて接近しているとき、ガスの流れが、前記弁体(8)を前記閉位置に移動させるように、前記第1ダクト(1)から、前記第2ダクト(2)へのガス流の方向が定められている排気ガス再循環回路。 - 前記弁(100)の弁体(8)は、相補的な形状を有する弁座(7)の縁に押圧しうる斜面を有する環状の縁(15)を備える請求項1記載の排気ガス再循環回路。
- 第2ダクト(2)に直交して開口することにより弁座(7)を形成する交線を定めている第1ダクト(1)を定めている本体と、
閉位置と、弁座(7)に面して配置される前記第1ダクト(1)の壁(5)に極めて接近する開位置との間で、前記弁座(7)と直交して、前記第1ダクト(1)内を滑動する弁体(8)と、
−前記弁体(8)は、前記弁座(7)とは反対側の平坦な背面(16)に存し、前記背面(16)の中心から延在して突出し、かつ、前記弁体(8)の広い開位置では、前記壁(5)に当接するボス(11)を備え、
前記弁体(8)を前記閉位置から前記開位置に動かす手段(12)と、
前記弁体(8)を前記閉位置に移動させる弾性スプリング機構とを有する少なくとも1つの弁(100)により、熱機関の排気ガスを再循環させる方法であって、
−前記第1ダクト(1)は、熱交換器(28)を介して、排気管に連結され、
−前記第2ダクト(2)は、直接的または間接的に、吸気管(31)に連結されている熱機関の排気ガス再循環方法。
