Description
Claims (15)
- 押出された又は引き抜かれた管状体により構成される金属製容器を連続的に局所変形及び/又は拡張変形させる装置であって、該装置は、
(A)インターフェースモジュール(1)、
(B)少なくとも1つのジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)及び
(C)反転モジュール(3)を具え、
前記モジュールは、閉鎖経路を形成するよう構成されており、前記インターフェースモジュール(1)は、フィーディングステーション又はドラム(12)、及び、少なくとも1つの選択的送出要素を具え、該選択的送出要素は、少なくともアンロードドラム(16)を有し、所定の操作数に応じて、前記容器を前記ジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)又は前記アンロードドラム(16)に再供給し、
各ジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)は、二個のワークステーション(30)を具えており、該ワークステーションは少なくとも操作タワー(18)及び回転搬送ドラム(20)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、各ジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)は、少なくとも操作タワー(18)及び搬送ドラム(20)を具え、該タワー(18)は、第一回転テーブル上に配置された前記容器用の複数の変形ツール及び第二回転テーブル上に配置された該容器用の複数の保持手段を具え、該容器及び/又は金型が相対的に変位運動し、かつ、該第一テーブル及び第二テーブルは共通の回転軸を有しており、同調的に同軸回転運動する装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置であって、搬送ドラム(20)が前記選択的送出要素及び/又は操作タワー(18)と協働し、該容器を、前記インターフェースモジュール(1)からジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)へ、そして該ジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)から前記反転モジュール(3)へ搬送させる装置。
- 請求項2または3に記載の装置であって、閉鎖経路内の容器の総数(P)と、異なる変形ツール又は保持手段の数(H)が、公約数をもたないよう選択されている装置。
- 請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記反転モジュール(3)は、変更ドラム(24)及び該変更ドラム(24)と同調して回転し、機能的に接続している二個の側方搬送ドラム(22)を具え、夫々の該ドラム(22、24)にはシール手段が配されており、該搬送ドラム(22)は、操作タワー(18)と機能的に接続して前記容器を移動させる装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記反転モジュール(3)は、任意のジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)内に設置されている変更ドラム(24)を含み、該ドラムは夫々のワークステーション(30)の搬送ドラム(20)と機能的に接続している装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記選択的送出要素は機械的手段である装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記選択的送出要素は空圧的手段である装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記選択的送出要素は磁気的手段である装置。
- 請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、夫々の操作タワーには、同一の変形ツールが設けられている装置。
- 請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、夫々の操作タワーには、異なる変形ツールが設けられている装置。
- 請求項5又は6に記載の装置であって、前記インターフェースモジュールのドラム、操作タワー(18)のドラム、搬送ドラム(20、22)及び前記反転モジュール(3)のドラムは、回転軸が平行となるよう配設されており、それらが同調的に回転運動する装置。
- 請求項2〜6、10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、操作タワー(18)の夫々に取り付けられる異なる金型の数は、前記容器の回転回数と同一であり、その異なる金型の数は1〜Hの範囲内にあり、該Hは夫々の該タワー(18)の変形ツールの個数である装置。
- 請求項2〜6、10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、容器に実施し得る操作ステップの最大回数は、N×H回であり、該Nはタワー(18)の総数であり、該Hは該タワー(18)あたりの前記保持手段を収容するシートの総数あるいは最大回転回数である装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、ジョブモジュール(2、2’、2”)は、複数のフィーディングステーション(12)及びアンロードステーション(16)を具え、前記閉鎖経路に属さないモジュールによるその他の操作を可能とすることを特徴とする装置。
