(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、熱伝導性微粒子である窒化硼素(三井化学(株)MBN−010T)を、先のポリアミック酸溶液の固形分に対して38重量%になるように混合した後、粘度を1000ポイズに調整して第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56を調製した。なお、Pyre−ML RC5063の固形分は17.5重量%であった。次に、(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、何らの微粒子も混合せずに粘度1000ポイズに調整して第2ポリイミド前駆体溶液57を調製した。
(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、カーボンブラック(三菱化学(株)製商品名MA78)を、先のポリアミック酸溶液の固形分に対して16.5重量%になるように混合した後、粘度を1200ポイズに調整して第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56を調製した。なお、Pyre−ML RC5063の固形分は17.5重量%であった。次に、(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、カーボンブラック(MA78)を、先のポリアミック酸溶液の固形分に対して15重量%になるよう混合し、粘度1200ポイズに調整して第2ポリイミド前駆体溶液57を調製した。
(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、何らの微粒子も混合せずに粘度1000ポイズに調整して第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56を調製した。なお、Pyre−ML RC5063の固形分は17.5重量%であった。次に、第2ポリイミド前駆体溶液57を下記の条件で合成した。
性を測定した。
(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、何らの微粒子も混合せずに粘度1000ポイズに調整して第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56を調製した。なお、Pyre−ML RC5063の固形分は17.5重量%であった。次に、(株)IST製Pyre−ML RC5063ポリアミック酸溶液に、平均粒子径3.0μmのPTFE粉末(融点327度C,デュポン社製商品名Zonyl MP1100)を、先のポリアミック酸溶液の固形分に対して30重量%になるように添加して攪拌し、先のポリアミック酸溶液中にPTFE粉末を均一に分散させた後、250メッシュのステンレス金網を用いて粗い異物を濾過して第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56とした。
実施例1において第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56と第1被膜成形ダイス54のみを使用して単層ポリイミド管状物を作製した以外は実施例1と同様の条件で定着ベルトを作製した。この単層ポリイミド管状物は、窒化ホウ素の混合量が多いため熱伝導率が高く毎分24枚の複写速度に十分対応できた。しかし、窒化ホウ素の混合量に起因して外面の平均表面粗度Rzが5.6となり、フッ素樹脂をコーティングしているにもかかわらずトナーのオフセットが発生した。また、この単層ポリイミド管状物は、試験途中で端部から破壊し、とても定着ベルトとして使用できるものではなかった。なお、この単層ポリイミド管状物の引張強度15.5kgf/mm2であった。
実施例3で用いた第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56の中に実施例3で用いた芯体51を400mmの長さまで浸漬して引き上げ、芯体51の外面に第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56を付着させた後、内径30.7mmのリング状ダイスを芯体51の上から挿入し自重で落下走行させて芯体51の外面に第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液56を溶液成形した。そして、この芯体51を120度Cで40分、200度Cで30分間加熱し半硬化ポリイミド管状物を得た。

Claims (3)
- 芯体の外面に第1ポリイミド前駆体の溶液である第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液と、第2ポリイミド前駆体の溶液である第2ポリイミド前駆体溶液とを重ねて塗布するポリイミド前駆体溶液重ね塗り工程と、
前記第1ポリイミド前駆体溶液及び前記第2ポリイミド前駆体溶液から溶媒を除去すると共に前記第1ポリイミド前駆体及び前記第2ポリイミド前駆体をイミド化するイミド化工程と
を備える多層ポリイミド管状物の製造方法。 - 開口を有し、内周径が第1円筒壁の内周径よりも小さく、軸が前記第1円筒壁の軸に沿うように前記第1円筒壁の下側に配置される第2円筒壁と、
第1樹脂溶液又は第1樹脂前駆体溶液を前記第1円筒壁の開口に配送する第1樹脂等溶液配送部と、
第2樹脂溶液又は第2樹脂前駆体溶液を前記第2円筒壁の開口に配送する第2樹脂等溶液配送部と
を備える多層樹脂管状物の製造装置。 - 前記第1樹脂等溶液配送部による前記第1樹脂溶液又は前記第1樹脂前駆体溶液の前記第1円筒壁の開口への配送を前記第2樹脂等溶液配送部による前記第2樹脂溶液又は前記第2樹脂前駆体溶液の前記第2円筒壁の開口への配送よりも遅らせる配送タイミング制御機構をさらに備える
請求項2に記載の多層樹脂管状物の製造装置。
