Claims (3)
- セラミックス材料を主原料として形成された未焼成のセラミックス成形体に、周波数2MHz以上、100MHz以下の高周波電流を使用した誘電乾燥を行った後に、周波数300MHz以上、30GHz以下のマイクロ波を照射するマイクロ波乾燥を行う工程を有し、前記セラミックス成形体が、円柱状を呈し、その軸方向に垂直な断面に現れる円の直径が、φ150mm以上、φ600mm以下であり、隔壁によって区画された、流体の流路となる複数のセルを有する、ハニカム形状の構造体である、セラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- 前記マイクロ波乾燥を行った後に、更に熱風乾燥を行う請求項1に記載のセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- セラミックス材料を主原料として形成された未焼成のセラミックス成形体に、周波数2MHz以上、100MHz以下の高周波電流を使用した誘電乾燥を行った後に、周波数300MHz以上、30GHz以下のマイクロ波を照射するマイクロ波乾燥を行って、乾燥セラミックス成形体を得る工程を有し、前記セラミックス成形体が、円柱状を呈し、その軸方向に垂直な断面に現れる円の直径が、φ150mm以上、φ600mm以下であり、隔壁によって区画された、流体の流路となる複数のセルを有する、ハニカム形状の構造体である、乾燥セラミックス成形体の製造方法。
