Claims (8)
- セラミックス材料を主原料として形成された未焼成のセラミックス成形体に、誘電乾燥を行った後に、マイクロ波乾燥を行う工程を有するセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- 前記マイクロ波乾燥を行った後に、更に熱風乾燥を行う請求項1に記載のセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- 前記セラミックス成形体の含水率が、30質量%超以下、10質量%以上の範囲において、前記誘電乾燥を行う請求項1又は2に記載のセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- 前記セラミックス成形体の含水率が、30質量%以下、5質量%以上の範囲において、前記マイクロ波乾燥を行う請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- 前記セラミックス成形体が、隔壁によって区画された、流体の流路となる複数のセルを有する、ハニカム形状の構造体である請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- 前記セラミックス成形体が、円柱状を呈し、その軸方向に垂直な断面に現れる円の直径が、φ150mm以上、φ600mm以下である請求項5に記載のセラミックス成形体の乾燥方法。
- セラミックス材料を主原料として形成された未焼成のセラミックス成形体に、誘電乾燥を行った後に、マイクロ波乾燥を行って、乾燥セラミックス成形体を得る工程を有する乾燥セラミックス成形体の製造方法。
- 前記セラミックス成形体の含水率が、30質量%超以下、10質量%以上の範囲において、前記誘電乾燥を行う請求項7に記載の乾燥セラミックス成形体の製造方法。
