本願は、2010年01月18日に出願された日本国特許出願第2010−008003号に対して優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
また、前記係止部は、前記第1チューブに形成された大径部であり、前記受動電極の先端よりも基端側で前記被係止部と係合してもよい。
さらに、前記第2チューブは、可撓性を有するチューブ本体と、金属素線からなり、前記チューブ本体の内腔に設けられたブレードとを有し、前記ブレードと前記受動電極とが電気的に接続されてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 処置電極を含む処置部を有する操作ワイヤと;
絶縁材料で形成され、前記処置部を突没可能にする前記操作ワイヤが挿通された第1チューブと;
先端に受動電極を有し、前記受動電極の内周面を覆うように前記第1チューブが挿通された第2チューブと;
を備え、
前記第1チューブと前記受動電極とには、互いに係合可能な係止部及び被係止部が形成されており、
前記係止部と前記被係止部とが係合することによって、前記第1チューブの先端部が、前記受動電極に対して、前記第1チューブの基端側に相対移動することが規制されている高周波処置具。 - 前記係止部及び被係止部の一方は、熱成形により前記第1チューブの先端部に形成されている請求項1に記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記係止部及び被係止部の一方は、前記第1チューブの先端部に形状保持部材が圧入されて形成されている請求項1に記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記係止部は、前記第1チューブに形成された大径部である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記係止部は、前記第1チューブに形成された大径部であり、前記受動電極の先端よりも基端側で前記被係止部と係合している請求項1に記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記第2チューブは、可撓性を有するチューブ本体と、金属素線からなり、前記チューブ本体の内腔に設けられたブレードとを有し、
前記ブレードと前記受動電極とが電気的に接続されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の高周波処置具。
