Abstract

本发明公开了一种双极电圈套器,涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体包括芯杆、滑环、第一电极、第二电极、外管及圈套,滑环套设在芯杆外部,芯杆内部设置有依次连接的牵引钢丝助推管和绝缘内管,牵引钢丝助推管和绝缘内管内设有牵引钢丝,绝缘内管外部套设有外管,外管端部设置有金属端帽,牵引钢丝穿过金属端帽与圈套相连,第一电极固定于滑环上,且与牵引钢丝助推管相连,第二电极固定设置在芯杆端部,且与外管相连,第一电极与第二电极均与外部高频设备相连,本装置中双极固定在操作手柄上,通过接通高频设备电源并施加外力,使得圈套向绝缘内管内运动,可以达到切除病变组织的效果,消除了负极板易对人体产生灼伤的问题,结构简单且性能可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种双极电圈套器。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的是单极电圈套器,高频设备的正极与电圈套器电极相连,负极与负极板相连,负极板贴于人体表面,接通高频设备电源,电流通过套索、人体、负极板与高频设备形成电流回路达到切割息肉之功效。在工作时电流通过负极板会产生高温,易对人体接触部位产生灼伤。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种双极电圈套器。
具体技术方案如下:
一种双极电圈套器,包括芯杆、滑环、第一电极、第二电极、外管及圈套,所述芯杆一侧边设置有滑槽,所述滑环套设在芯杆外部,且在滑槽中滑动,所述芯杆内部设置有依次连接的牵引钢丝助推管和绝缘内管,所述牵引钢丝助推管和绝缘内管内设有牵引钢丝,所述绝缘内管外部套设有外管,所述外管端部设置有金属端帽,所述牵引钢丝穿过金属端帽与圈套相连,所述第一电极固定于滑环上,且与牵引钢丝助推管相连,所述第二电极固定设置在芯杆端部,且与外管相连,所述第一电极与第二电极均与外部高频设备相连。
优选的,所述外管外部设置有外管包塑层。
优选的,所述外管外部设置有护导管。
优选的,所述护导管的长度小于外管的长度,且所述护导管的一端与芯杆相连。
优选的,所述圈套和牵引钢丝均为金属导丝,且圈套的形状为半月形、椭圆形、菱形、六角形。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种双极电圈套索,具体包括芯杆、滑环、第一电极、第二电极外管及圈套,所述芯杆一侧边设置有滑槽,所述滑环套设在芯杆外部,且在滑槽中滑动,滑环的滑动带动圈套的收缩,且所述第一电极与第二电极均与外部高频设备相连。其双极固定在操作手柄上,通过接通高频设备电源,继续施加外力,使得圈套向绝缘内管内运动,可以达到切除病变组织的效果,该装置消除了负极板易对人体产生灼伤的问题,同时给医务操作者带来了便利,其结构简单,且性能可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
本发明公开了一种双极电圈套器,如图1和2所示,包括芯杆1、滑环2、第一电极3、第二电极6和圈套11,芯杆1一侧边设置有滑槽,滑环2套设在芯杆1外部,且在滑槽中滑动,芯杆1内部设置有依次连接的牵引钢丝助推管4和绝缘内管5,牵引钢丝助推管4和绝缘内管5内设有牵引钢丝12,绝缘内管5外部套设有外管7,进一步的,外管7外部设置有外管包塑层9,外管7外部设置有护导管8,护导管8的长度小于外管7的长度,且护导管8的一端与芯杆1相连。外管7端部设置有金属端帽10,牵引钢丝12穿过金属端帽10与圈套11相连,第一电极3固定于滑环2上,且与牵引钢丝助推管4相连,第二电极6固定设置在芯杆1端部,且与外管7相连,第一电极3与第二电极6均与外部高频设备相连。绝缘内管5穿过外管7内孔,牵引钢丝12在绝缘管内运动,实际操作中,当拉动滑环2,远离第二电极6时,圈套11蜷缩于外管7内,当推动滑环2,靠近第二电极6时,圈套11伸出外管7。牵引钢丝12与助推管和套索连接,驱动滑环2、套索可以收紧或放松病变组织。
本申请中圈套11和牵引钢丝12均为金属导丝,且圈套11的形状为半月形、椭圆形、菱形、六角形任一形状,其中金属导丝具有极强的形状保持能力和稳定的强度,具体圈套11的形状可以根据实际需求进行定制。
工作原理:
圈套11在外力作用下在绝缘内管5内运动,当病变组织被套索收紧时,病变组织同时与金属端帽10相碰,这时圈套11、第一电极3、病变组织、金属端帽10,以及第二电极6与高频设备形成电流回路,这时接通高频设备电源,继续施加外力,使得圈套11向绝缘内管5内运动,可以达到切除病变组织的效果,本发明无需通过负极板与人体表面接触,可以有效避免高温灼伤患者皮肤的问题。

1.一种双极电圈套器,其特征在于:包括芯杆、滑环、第一电极、第二电极、外管及圈套,所述芯杆一侧边设置有滑槽,所述滑环套设在芯杆外部,且在滑槽中滑动,所述芯杆内部设置有依次连接的牵引钢丝助推管和绝缘内管,所述牵引钢丝助推管和绝缘内管内设有牵引钢丝,所述绝缘内管外部套设有外管,所述外管端部设置有金属端帽,所述牵引钢丝穿过金属端帽与圈套相连,所述第一电极固定于滑环上,且与牵引钢丝助推管相连,所述第二电极固定设置在芯杆端部,且与外管相连,所述第一电极与第二电极均与外部高频设备相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双极电圈套器,其特征在于:所述外管外部设置有外管包塑层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双极电圈套器,其特征在于:所述外管外部设置有护导管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双极电圈套器,其特征在于:所述护导管的长度小于外管的长度,且所述护导管的一端与芯杆相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双极电圈套器,其特征在于:所述圈套和牵引钢丝均为金属导丝,且圈套的形状为半月形、椭圆形、菱形、六角形。
