Claims (4)
- 被加工物(6)から金属を除去するための金属加工装置であって、
1)被加工物のためのホルダーと、
2)加工界面(19)に沿って前記被加工物(6)と係合して前記被加工物から金属を除去するように構成された金属加工工具(2)と、
3)入口(28)及び出口(29)を有する流路(27)とレーザ穿孔(22)とを備えたノズル本体(21)を含む、冷却剤流体の流れ(18)を放出するための冷却剤ノズル(20)と、
4)前記金属加工工具(2)に対して前記ノズルを目視的に位置決めするために前記ノズル本体(21)と協働することによって前記冷却剤流体の放出された流れ(18)を前記加工界面(19)へ配向することができる、前記レーザ穿孔(22)内に着脱自在に挿入された可視光レーザ装置(40)と、
を含み、
前記レーザ穿孔(22)は、該レーザ穿孔(22)から前記流路(27)の前記出口(29)まで直線で見通せるように構成され、
前記冷却剤ノズル(20)が、前記可視光レーザ装置(40)を除去して着脱自在プラグ(50)を前記レーザ穿孔(22)内に挿入するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする金属加工装置。 - 前記加工界面(19)が加工基準点(15)を含み、前記流路出口(29)が流れ基準点(25)を有し、前記可視光レーザ装置から放出される可視レーザ光線を前記流れ基準点(25)と前記加工基準点(15)とを通るライン(23)に沿って位置合わせすることによって前記冷却剤ノズル(20)を位置決めすることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属加工装置。
- 加工界面(19)において被加工物(6)から金属を除去するための加工装置(2)に冷却剤流体を供給する際に使用するレーザ目標設定冷却剤ノズル(20)であって、
1)入口(28)及び出口(29)を有する流路(27)と、ノズル本体(21)の外側表面にアクセス孔(24)を形成するレーザ穿孔(22)とを備えた冷却剤ノズル本体(21)と、
2)前記加工装置(2)に対して前記冷却剤ノズル(20)を目視的に位置決めするために前記ノズル本体(21)と協働することによって、冷却剤流体の流れ(18)を前記加工界面(19)へ配向することができる、前記レーザ穿孔(22)内に着脱自在に挿入された可視光レーザ装置(40)と、
を含み、
前記レーザ穿孔(22)は、該レーザ穿孔(22)から前記流路(27)の前記出口(29)まで直線で見通せるように構成され、
前記冷却剤ノズルが更に、前記流路(27)との流体連通から前記アクセス孔(24)を密閉するために、前記可視光レーザ装置の代わりに前記レーザ穿孔(22)内に挿入することができる着脱自在プラグ(50)を備えている
ことを特徴とするレーザ目標設定冷却剤ノズル(20)。 - 前記レーザ穿孔(22)が前記流路(27)と連通していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレーザ目標設定冷却剤ノズル(20)。
