Claims (10)
- 回転軸回りに回転するように構成された本体部材と、
前記本体部材の前端にあり、少なくとも1つの切刃を有する切削ヘッドと、
を備える穿孔システムであって、
前記本体部材は、当該本体部材を貫いて前記切削ヘッドへと延びる中空領域と、前記切削ヘッドに隣接する少なくとも1つの開口部と、を有し、
前記穿孔システムは、前記本体部材に設けられた冷却剤アダブタを備え、当該冷却剤アダブタは、前記本体部材の外部上の1つ又はそれ以上の密封流路を通って冷却流体を供給するようになっており、
前記密封流路は、前記本体部材の外部と対をなし当該本体部材と共に回転可能な冷却剤閉じ込めシステムによって形成されており、
前記密封流路は、冷却流体の制御流を前記少なくとも1つの切削ヘッドの領域に供給するようになっており、
前記穿孔システムは、前記中空領域に接続された真空源を備え、当該真空部は、前記少なくとも1つの開口部及び前記中空領域を通して真空圧力を供給するようになっている
ことを特徴とする穿孔システム。 - 前記冷却剤閉じ込めシステムは、前記密封流路を形成するための前記本体部材の外部上の冷却剤スリーブを含む、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記冷却剤アダプタは、第2冷却剤スリーブの外径部(OD)に組み付けられた回転式冷却剤アダプタであり、
前記第2冷却剤スリーブを通って、前記密封流路を通る冷却剤流を提供するように、外部冷却剤供給部が配管されている、請求項2に記載の穿孔システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの切刃は、前記切削ヘッドに関連して取り付けられた少なくとも1つの交換可能な切削インサートによって提供されている、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記インサートは、前記回転軸から離れる方向に延びる2つの切刃を含み、
前記切削インサート上の前記切刃の各々のために、少なくとも1つの開口部が設けられている、請求項4に記載の穿孔システム。 - 外部の冷却剤供給部の結合部のための場所を提供する第2冷却剤スリーブを更に備える、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記冷却剤スリーブ上にブッシュ用の耐摩耗性領域を更に有する、請求項2に記載の穿孔システム。
- 1つ又はそれ以上の冷却剤ポートを更に備え、冷却剤の流れが前記密封流路に流入する直接的な経路をもたらす、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記本体部材を案内するためのブッシュを更に備える、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記冷却剤閉じ込めシステムは、1つ又はそれ以上の空気取込流路を更に提供している、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
