前記層を前記基準台に対してまたは前記基準台を前記層に対して移動させることにより前記基準台から前記層を分離するアクチュエータと、
アクチュエータ制御出力端子を介して前記アクチュエータに接続され、または相転換装置制御出力端子を介して前記相転換装置に接続され、あるいはそれらの双方に接続され、前記基準台または前記固体に働く力の決定値あるいは前記力に関連するパラメータの決定値に基づいて前記有形物体の製造を制御するコントローラと
を備えたシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、さらに、
