Claims (5)
- 一酸化窒素、不純物二酸化窒素、および不純物亜酸化窒素を含む原料ガスを無機系吸着剤に通流させて不純物二酸化窒素を当該無機系吸着剤に吸着させるための、二酸化窒素除去工程と、
前記二酸化窒素除去工程を経たガスを有機系吸着剤に通流させて不純物亜酸化窒素を当該有機系吸着剤に吸着させるための亜酸化窒素除去工程と、を含む一酸化窒素精製方法であって、
前記二酸化窒素除去工程を先に行い、それに引き続いて前記亜酸化窒素除去工程を行うことを特徴とする一酸化窒素精製方法。 - 前記無機系吸着剤は、活性アルミナ、ゼオライト、およびシリカゲルからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 前記有機系吸着剤はポーラスポリマ系吸着剤である、請求項1または2に記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 前記ポーラスポリマ系吸着剤は、ジビニルベンゼン共重合体、ポリスチレン―ジビニルベンゼン共重合体、エチルビニルベンゼン―ジビニルベンゼン共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン―ポリビニルピリジン共重合体、ジビニルベンゼン―エチレングリコールジメタクリレート系共重合体、およびジフェニルフェニレンオキシド共重合体からなる群より選択される、請求項3に記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 前記亜酸化窒素除去工程は、−90〜20℃で行う、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
