Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の一酸化窒素精製方法は、一酸化窒素および不純物亜酸化窒素を含む原料ガスを、有機系吸着剤が充填された吸着管2に通流させ、不純物亜酸化窒素を当該有機系吸着剤に吸着させる工程を含む。好ましくは、有機系吸着剤はポーラスポリマ系吸着剤である。

Claims (6)
- 一酸化窒素および不純物亜酸化窒素を含む原料ガスを有機系吸着剤に通流させて不純物亜酸化窒素を当該有機系吸着剤に吸着させるための亜酸化窒素除去工程を含む、一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 一酸化窒素、不純物二酸化窒素、および不純物亜酸化窒素を含む原料ガスを無機系吸着剤に通流させて不純物二酸化窒素を当該無機系吸着剤に吸着させるための、二酸化窒素除去工程と、
前記二酸化窒素除去工程を経た原料ガスを有機系吸着剤に通流させて不純物亜酸化窒素を当該有機系吸着剤に吸着させるための亜酸化窒素除去工程と、を含む一酸化窒素精製方法。 - 前記無機系吸着剤は、活性アルミナ、ゼオライト、およびシリカゲルからなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 前記有機系吸着剤はポーラスポリマ系吸着剤である、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 前記ポーラスポリマ系吸着剤は、ジビニルベンゼン共重合体、ポリスチレン―ジビニルベンゼン共重合体、エチルビニルベンゼン―ジビニルベンゼン共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン―ポリビニルピリジン共重合体、ジビニルベンゼン―エチレングリコールジメタクリレート系共重合体、およびジフェニルフェニレンオキシド共重合体からなる群より選択される、請求項4に記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
- 前記亜酸化窒素除去工程は、−90〜20℃で行う、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の一酸化窒素精製方法。
