Description
Claims (8)
- 上型(2)と下型(3)とを備えた金属薄板を成形及び焼入するための熱成形プレスであって、前記上型(2)及び下型(3)のうちの少なくとも一方が成形ジョー(6;7)及び支持ジョー(8;9)を有していて、成形ジョー(6;7)と支持ジョー(8;9)との間に冷却材(KM)が貫流ガイドされるようになっている形式のものにおいて、
成形ジョー(6;7)と支持ジョー(8;9)とが互いに相対的に移動可能であって、前記支持ジョー(8;9)がロック位置(B)において前記成形ジョー(6;7)に当接し、冷却位置(K)において成形ジョー(6;7)に対して間隔を保っていて、それによって成形ジョー(6;7)と支持ジョー(8;9)との間に冷却ギャップ(13;14)が形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする、熱成形プレス。 - 前記支持ジョー(8;9)がロック位置(B)において成形ジョー(6;7)に形状結合式に当接している、請求項1記載の熱成形プレス。
- 前記冷却ギャップ(13;14)が、成形ジョー(6;7)の、支持ジョー(8;9)側に面した後側(11;12)で、成形ジョー(6;7)の型構造(15;16)の面に亘って延在している、請求項1又は2記載の熱成形プレス。
- 前記成形ジョー(6;7)と支持ジョー(8;9)とが、リニア駆動装置(10)によって互いに相対的に移動可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の熱成形プレス。
- 前記リニア駆動装置(10)がピストン・シリンダユニットであって、該ピストン・シリンダユニットが、成形ジョー(6;7)と支持ジョー(8;9)との間に介在されている、請求項4記載の熱成形プレス。
- 前記成形ジョー(6;7)内に冷却材接続部(19,20)が設けられていて、該冷却材接続部(19,20)が、冷却位置(K)において前記冷却ギャップ(13;14)と連通接続せしめられるようになっている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の熱成形プレス。
- 前記成形ジョー(6;7)と支持ジョー(8;9)とが、少なくとも1つのシール(23)を介して互いにシールされている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の熱成形プレス。
- 前記成形ジョー(6;7)が、4〜15mmの壁厚(s)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の熱成形プレス。
