Description
この発明の実施の形態1に係る内燃機関の燃料噴射装置について図1から図10までを参照しながら説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る内燃機関の構成を示す図である。なお、以降では、各図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
この発明の実施の形態2に係る内燃機関の燃料噴射装置について図11を参照しながら説明する。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関が消費する燃料のみが燃料タンクから燃料ポンプにより燃料噴射弁に圧送されるよう構成された燃料配管と、
排気ガスの空燃比を検出する空燃比センサと、
内燃機関の運転状態に応じて目標空燃比を設定する目標空燃比設定手段と、
前記空燃比センサの検出信号に基づき実空燃比を検出する空燃比検出手段と、
前記実空燃比が前記目標空燃比に一致するように燃料噴射量を補正する補正値を算出する燃料補正値算出手段と、
燃料が切り替わったことを検出する燃料切替検出手段と、
前記燃料切替検出手段により燃料切替が検出された時に、燃料性状が変化する可能性のある期間を、切り替わった燃料が前記燃料噴射弁へ移送されるまでの遅れに対応した燃料消費量で決定される性状変化期間として設定するとともに、燃料性状に対応して燃料噴射量を補正する燃料性状補正値を前記性状変化期間における前記補正値を使用して算出する燃料性状推定手段と、
燃料性状の変化により前記補正値が変化する可能性のある状態を示す性状変化判定条件を判断するとともに、前記性状変化判定条件が成立している場合に前記性状変化期間が設定されていないにも拘らず前記補正値が所定範囲を超えた時に、前記補正値の変化が燃料性状の変化によるものであると判定する性状変化判定手段とを備え、
前記燃料性状推定手段は、前記性状変化判定手段が燃料性状変化を判定した時にも性状変化期間を設定するとともに、このときの性状変化期間は、デリバリパイプ内での燃料混合遅れに対応した燃料消費量で決定される
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記補正値に基づいて燃料系の学習値を算出して保持するとともに、前記性状変化判定条件が成立している時は学習値の算出を行わない学習値算出手段をさらに備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記補正値が予め設定した異常判定値を超えた場合に燃料系の異常を判定するとともに、前記性状変化判定条件が成立している時は燃料系の異常判定を行わない燃料系異常判定手段をさらに備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記性状変化期間では、少なくとも前記学習値算出手段または前記燃料系異常判定手段のいずれか一方の作動を禁止する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記燃料切替検出手段は、給油が行われた時に燃料の切り替わりを検出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記燃料切替検出手段は、給油が行われたことを燃料タンク内の燃料レベル変化により検出し、
前記性状変化判定手段は、燃料タンク内燃料が少量である時に前記性状変化判定条件が成立していると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記性状変化判定手段は、始動後燃料消費量が予め設定した燃料消費量の範囲内にある時に前記性状変化判定条件が成立していると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記燃料性状は、燃料に含まれるアルコール濃度である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。
