Description
a)上部表面及び内側表面を有する配向ポリマーフィルム層と、
b)配向ポリマー層と実質的に同一の広がりを有する配向ポリマー層の内側表面上の熱接着ポリマー層であって、配向ポリマーフィルム層及び熱接着ポリマー層を合わせた厚みの10%から40%の間の厚みを有する熱接着ポリマーと、
c)熱接着ポリマー層と隣接する内側表面を有し、熱接着ポリマー層と実質的に同一の広がりを有する補強スクリム(scrim)ポリマー層。
(a)カルボン酸またはカルボン酸の混合物、及びb)としてi)ジアミンまたはジアミンの混合物、またはii)ジオール、またはジオールの混合物、
(b)2よりも多い数の炭素原子を含むω−アミノ酸、またはそのようなアミノ酸の混合物。全体としてとられる構造として、
(1)合成縮合ポリマー内のカルボン酸またはカルボン酸の混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じカルボン酸である、
(2)合成縮合ポリマー内のジアミンまたはジアミンの混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じジアミンである、
(3)合成縮合ポリマー内のジオールまたはジオールの混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じジオールである、
(4)合成縮合ポリマー内のアミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じアミノ酸である。
本発明は、次に図を参照して記述され、図においては同じ数が同じ特徴を示す。図は本発明を例証し、説明するために提供されるものであり、縮尺を示すため描かれたものではなく、製造工程において使用される工学図面を意図するものでもない。このように、ある要素は誇張され、一方で本発明において理解される必要がない要素は表示されないか、または部分的に表示されている。

Claims (14)
- 容器の開口部を密封するためのシールであって、前記シールは少なくとも一つの耐引裂性コンポジット層を含み、前記耐引裂性コンポジット層は前記シールに耐引裂性を付与し、前記耐引裂性コンポジット層は、
a)上部表面及び内側表面を有する配向ポリマーフィルム層と、
b)前記配向ポリマーフィルム層内側表面上にあって、前記配向ポリマーフィルム層と同等の広がりを有する熱接着ポリマー層であって、前記配向ポリマーフィルム層及び前記熱接着ポリマー層を合わせた厚みの10%から40%の間の厚みを有する熱接着ポリマー層と、
c)前記熱接着ポリマー層に隣接し、前記熱接着ポリマー層と同等の広がりを有する内側表面を有し、底部表面を有する補強スクリムポリマー層とからなり、
前記耐引裂性コンポジット層中の前記配向ポリマーフィルム層、前記熱接着ポリマー層、前記補強スクリムポリマー層は、各々独立に合成縮合ポリマーを含み、前記合成縮合ポリマーは、各々重合された形態として以下のものを含み、
1) a)カルボン酸またはカルボン酸の混合物、及びb)としてi)ジアミンまたはジアミンの混合物、またはii)ジオール、またはジオールの混合物、または、
2)2よりも多い数の炭素原子を有するω−アミノ酸、またはそのようなアミノ酸の混合物であって、
全体としてみると、前記耐引裂性コンポジット層について、
合成縮合ポリマー内のカルボン酸またはカルボン酸の混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じカルボン酸である、
合成縮合ポリマー内のジアミンまたはジアミンの混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じジアミンである、
合成縮合ポリマー内のジオールまたはジオールの混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じジオールである、
合成縮合ポリマー内のアミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を合わせた全量の少なくとも90mol%が同じアミノ酸である:
前記耐引裂性コンポジット層中の前記配向ポリマーフィルム層と、前記熱接着ポリマー層と、前記補強スクリムポリマー層の全てが、その層を分離することなく前記耐引裂性コンポジット層をリサイクルすることを可能にする化学組成を有し、
前記熱接着ポリマー層はテレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、およびエチレングリコールのコポリエステルを含む、シール。 - 前記配向ポリマーフィルム層及び前記熱接着ポリマー層を合わせた厚みが約0.00020インチ(5.1μm)から0.003インチ(76.2μm)の間である、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記シールが前記補強スクリムポリマー層の前記底部表面上に接着層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記接着層も、その層を分離することなく前記耐引裂性コンポジット層をリサイクルすることを可能にする化学組成を有する、請求項3に記載のシール。
- 前記接着層が熱活性型接着層である、請求項3に記載のシール。
- 前記配向ポリマーフィルム層が二軸配向したポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記構造が前記補強スクリムポリマー層の前記底部表面上に熱活性型接着層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記シールが、前記補強スクリムポリマー層の底部表面に接着したブリスターパッケージをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記ブリスターパッケージは、前記補強スクリムポリマー層の底部表面に剥離可能な状態で熱活性型接着剤を通じて接着された、請求項8に記載のシール。
- 前記ブリスターパッケージは前記耐引裂性コンポジット層への接着に適した表面を含み、接着剤は前記接着に適した表面に塗布された、請求項9に記載のシール。
- 前記配向ポリマーフィルム層の上部表面及び前記配向ポリマーフィルム層の内側表面のうち少なくとも一つが印刷された表示を含む、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記耐引裂性コンポジット層がさらに前記補強スクリムポリマー層の底部表面上の付加的な熱接着ポリマー層及び付加的なポリマーフィルム層で構成され、全てのそのような層が、前記層を分離することなく前記耐引裂性コンポジット層をリサイクルすることを可能にする化学組成を有する、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記シールが開口部を有する容器をさらに含み、前記シールは前記容器開口部に剥離可能な状態で接着され前記容器開口部を密封する、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 少なくとも一つの特殊な機能を有する層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシール。
