Claims (4)
- 軌道輪と、
前記軌道輪に接触し、かつ円環状の軌道上に配置された複数の転動体とを備え、
前記軌道輪の表層部には窒素富化層が形成されており、
前記窒素富化層におけるオーステナイト結晶粒の粒度番号は10番を超えており、
前記軌道輪の水素含有量は0.5ppm以下であり、
前記転動体の表層部には前記軌道輪の窒素富化層よりも窒素含有量の多い窒素富化層が形成されている、転がり軸受。 - 前記軌道輪の窒素富化層における残留オーステナイト量は、11体積%以上25体積%以下であり、
前記転動体の窒素富化層における残留オーステナイト量は、20体積%以上35体積%以下である、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。 - 前記軌道輪の窒素富化層および前記転動体の窒素富化層における窒素含有量は、0.1質量%以上0.7質量%以下である、請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記軌道輪は、環状の外輪と、前記外輪の内側に配置された環状の内輪から構成され、
前記転動体は、前記外輪の内周面と、前記内輪の外周面とに接触して配置された玉である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
