Claims (2)
- 温度センサ回路の出力電圧を温度補正する温度補償回路において、
電源電圧及び第一温度特性を有する第一抵抗に基づき、第一電流を出力する第一電流出力手段と、
前記電源電圧及び第二温度特性を有する第二抵抗に基づき、第二電流を出力する第二電流出力手段と、
前記第一電流に基づいた電流と前記第二電流に基づいた電流とが極性を異にして供給される接続点と、
前記接続点に前記第一電流に基づいた電流と前記第二電流に基づいた電流との差に基づいた電流を供給するカレントミラー回路と、
を備えていることを特徴とする温度補償回路。 - 前記カレントミラー回路は、
前記第一電流に基づいた電流が前記第二電流に基づいた電流よりも小さい場合、前記接続点に前記第二電流に基づいた電流から前記第一電流に基づいた電流を減算した電流に基づいた電流を供給し、
前記第一電流に基づいた電流が前記第二電流に基づいた電流以上の場合、前記接続点に電流を供給しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の温度補償回路。
