Claims (4)
- 搭載された原紙ロールをその長さ方向に進入させて運搬する原紙ロール進入装置部と;
連続して進入される原紙ロールをその両側に水平移動させることができるように、前記原紙ロール進入装置部の端部に結合される原紙ロールローディング装置部と;
前記原紙ロールローディング装置部から長さ方向に前進する一対の原紙ロールを連続して移送運搬できるように、前記の原紙ロールローディング装置部の各々に連結されてなる複数の運搬装置部と;
前記運搬装置部により移送運搬される原紙ロールを、必要に応じて一時的にピックアップする一時ピックアップ装置部と;
前記運搬装置部の端部に連結、具備される進行方向切替装置部と、を含んでなり、
前記運搬装置部は、共に、
両端部の位置での地面に形成された一対のピット部の各々に設けられる第1の移送装置部及び第2の移送装置部と;
前記の一対のピット部をその上層部位で連結する他のピット部に設けられる連結装置部と、からなることを特徴とする自動移送システム。 - 前記の第1の移送装置部と第2の移送装置部は、共に、
両端部の位置での地面に形成された一対のピット部の各々に設けられる各々のフレームと;
前記フレームの各々に駆動可能に装着される各々の駆動スプロケットと、これに対応して具備される各々の被動スプロケットと;
該当する前記駆動スプロケットと被動スプロケットとに各々巻き取られて具備される各々のチェーンと;
多数個が互いに連鎖的にヒンジ結合され、前記チェーンの各々の位置で連結される各々のスラット群と;
前記一対の駆動スプロケットを同時に各々駆動できるように、これらのいずれか1つに動力伝達手段により連結される駆動手段と、を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動移送システム。 - 前記一対の駆動スプロケットを同時に各々駆動できるように、これらの各々に動力伝達手段により各々連結される複数の駆動手段、を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動移送システム。
- 前記の連結装置部は、一対のピット部をその上層部位で連結する他のピット部に設けられる他のフレームを備え、
前記他のフレームは、前記スラット群の多数のスラット片に具備されるローラの転がり作用を案内する案内溝が備えられた平版ガイドを備え、
前記平版ガイドは、地面と同様のフロアーレベルを保持できるようになった状態下で、前記一対のピット部の各々に設けられる各々のフレームの上段部位に互いに離隔された位置から水平に延びて構成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の自動移送システム。
