Claims (9)
- ソフトスイッチングを備える直流電圧コンバーターであって、
コンバーターの1次側は、半ブリッジ構成の型であり2つのスイッチ(T1、T2)により入力電源(SV)に結合でき、コンバーターの2次側は、疑似共振半波型であり少なくとも1つの第1の直流電圧(Vs1)を第1の負荷に供給し、1つの第2の直流電圧(Vs2)を第2の負荷に供給し、前記第2の直流電圧(Vs2)は、前記第1の直流電圧(Vs1)より低く、1次巻線(Lp)及び2次巻線(Ls)を有する変圧器(Trf)、
固定周波数において、パルス幅変調により、前記第1の直流出力(Vs1)に応じて、2つのスイッチ(T1、T2)を交互に制御する第1の制御手段(PWM1)
を有し、
2次巻線(Ls)に半波共振電流を生じ、前記第1の負荷の端子に接続された第1のコンデンサー(Cs1)を充電し、前記第1の直流電圧(Vs1)を生成する共振回路(Lf、Cr1、D1;Lf、Cr、D1)を更に有し、
前記2次巻線と前記第2の負荷の端子に接続された第2のコンデンサー(Cs2)との間に接続され、電流を生成し、共振電流の半波の一部が2次巻線(Ls)に流れる間に、前記第2のコンデンサーを充電し、前記第2の直流電圧(Vs2)を生成する誘導性回路(D2、Lr、T3)を更に有する
ことを特徴とする、直流電圧コンバーター。 - 誘導性回路は、第1のインダクタンス(Lr)と直列の第1の整流ダイオード(D2)、及び第3のスイッチ(T3)を有し、前記第3のスイッチ(T3)は、共振電流の半波の一部が2次巻線(Ls)に流れる間、閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコンバーター。
- 第2の制御手段(PWM2)は、第3のスイッチ(T3)を、パルス幅変調により、第2の直流出力(Vs2)に応じて制御するよう設計されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のコンバーター。
- 前記共振回路は、第2のインダクタンス(Lf)と直列に配された第2の整流ダイオード(D1)、及び共振コンデンサー(Cr1)を有し、前記部品の集合は、変圧器の2次巻線の端子に接続され、そして第1のコンデンサー(Cs1)は、前記共振コンデンサー(Cr1)の端子に、平滑コイル(L1)により接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3記載のコンバーター。
- 第2のインダクタンス(Lf)は、2次側に反映される変圧器の漏れインダクタンスであることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のコンバーター。
- 第2のインダクタンス(Lf)は、2次側に反映される変圧器の漏れインダクタンス及び2次巻線と前記第2の負荷との間に配される追加のインダクタンスから成る直列インダクタンスであることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のコンバーター。
- 前記共振回路は、第2のインダクタンス(Lf)と直列に前記2次巻線(Ls)と第1のコンデンサー(Cs1)の間に配された第2の整流ダイオード(D1)、及び前記1次巻線(Lp)と直列に配されたコンデンサー(Cr)を有し、前記コンデンサーは、2次側に反映され、前記第2のインダクタンス(Lf)と共振することを目的とすることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3記載のコンバーター。
- 第2のインダクタンス(Lf)は、2次側に反映される変圧器の漏れインダクタンスであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のコンバーター。
- 第2のインダクタンス(Lf)は、2次側に反映される変圧器の漏れインダクタンス及び2次巻線と前記第1の負荷との間に配される追加のインダクタンスから成る直列インダクタンスであることを特徴とする、請求項8記載のコンバーター。
