Description
はじめに、図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態に係る高圧流体供給装置の概要を説明する。ここで、図1は、本実施の形態に係る高圧流体供給装置1の模式図である。
次に、図3を用いて配管部分30のシール構造について説明する。ここで、図3は、本実施の形態に係る第1、第2配管部分と継手部分とのシール構造を模式的に示す断面図である。
(配管部分の燃料ガス圧力変動速度制御)
以上本発明の実施の形態を示したが、本発明はこの実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において様々な態様での実施が可能である。
Claims (6)
- 高圧流体供給源からの流体を、第1の弁装置と第2の弁装置とを介して、流体利用装置に供給する配管と、
前記第1、第2の弁装置間の配管部分の密封性を保つために、該配管部分に配置された弾性体材料からなるシール部材と、
前記第1、第2の弁装置の開閉を制御することで、前記配管部分における前記流体の圧力変動速度を調整可能な制御部と、を備えた高圧流体供給装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記シール部材の温度に応じて前記圧力変動速度を調整する高圧流体供給装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記シール部材の温度が所定温度より低い場合には、該温度が所定温度よりも高い場合に比べて、前記圧力変動速度を小さくする請求項1に記載の高圧流体供給装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記配管部分における流体の圧力を増加させる場合に、前記圧力変動速度を調整する請求項1または請求項2に記載の高圧流体供給装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記配管部分における流体の圧力を減少させる場合に、前記圧力変動速度を調整する請求項1または請求項2に記載の高圧流体供給装置。
- 前記配管部分は、前記第1の弁装置に接続する第1の配管部分と、前記第2の弁装置に接続する第2の配管部分と、該第1の配管部分と該第2の配管部分とを接続する継手部分とから構成されており、
前記シール部材は、前記継手部分と前記第1の配管部分との間の第1の溝及び前記継手部分と前記第2の配管部分との間の第2の溝のそれぞれに設けられたOリングまたはガスケットである請求項1乃至請求項4に記載の高圧流体供給装置。 - 前記流体は燃料ガスであり、前記流体利用装置は燃料電池である請求項1乃至5に記載の高圧流体供給装置。
