Description
Claims (2)
- 流体の流れを制御するための先端部を有する弁体と、
流体の入力口と、弁体を軸方向に移動可能に案内する案内部と、弁体の先端部と向かいあって配置される流体の出力口とを有する筐体と、
筐体に設けられる案内部供給用流体流路であって、流体の入力口から流体を導き、案内部の内壁面に開口し、案内部の内壁面と弁体の外周面との隙間に流体を、案内部の径方向外側から供給して、弁体を案内部の内壁面に対し浮上させる案内部供給用流体流路と、
案内部供給用流体流路と流体の出力口との間に接続され、案内部の内壁面と弁体の外周面との間に設けられる案内部弁体間流体流路と、
筐体に対し、弁体を軸方向に移動駆動し、筐体の出力口と弁体の先端部との間の隙間を変化させて流体の出力流量または出力圧力を制御するアクチュエータと、
を備え、
案内部供給用流体流路は、
流体の入力口から筐体の内部を通り、案内部の内壁面において、筐体の周方向に沿って等間隔に配置された噴出開口から、弁体の外周面に向かって流体を噴出させ、
さらに、
筐体の内部で案内部の径方向外側に設けられたバッファ流体室と、
バッファ流体室から複数の噴出開口に接続される複数の分岐流路と、
を有し、
アクチュエータは、
筐体内部において、径方向に関して案内部の内側に設けられる駆動コイルと、
弁体に接続されるまたは弁体が有する可動子部と、
を有し、
バッファ流体室は、筐体の内部で径方向に関して駆動コイルの外側に設けられることを特徴とする流体制御弁。 - 請求項1に記載の流体制御弁において、
アクチュエータは、筐体内部に設けられる軸方向に離隔した2個の駆動コイルを有し、
さらに、2個の駆動コイルの間にバッファ流体室に接続されるように設けられ、2個の駆動コイルの間に流体を通過させ、可動子部に対し流体を噴出させる可動子噴出流路を有することを特徴とする流体制御弁。
