Description
(1)吸入調量弁14における一時的な摺動不良(復帰可能な調量弁異常)
(2)燃料ポンプ11へのエア混入
(3)アクセルOFF時におけるフィードバック制御量の過上昇
が考えられる。上記(1)〜(3)を図4の(a)〜(c)により説明する。
本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、例えば次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (1)
- 燃料を高圧化し吐出する燃料ポンプと、該燃料ポンプから吐出される高圧燃料を蓄える蓄圧配管と、該蓄圧配管に設けられ蓄圧配管内の燃圧が所定の開弁圧に達すると開弁する圧力開放弁とを備える高圧燃料供給システムに適用され、前記蓄圧配管内の燃圧の目標値を設定し、その目標値に基づいて前記燃料ポンプの吐出量を制御する高圧燃料制御装置であって、
前記圧力開放弁は、燃圧上昇に応じて開弁し、その後前記蓄圧配管内の圧力を所定のレギュレート圧に維持することが可能な圧力レギュレート機能を有し、かつ前記レギュレート圧よりも低圧側に、閉弁状態に戻るための閉弁圧が定められたものであり、
前記圧力開放弁が開弁状態になったことを判定する開弁判定手段と、
前記開弁判定手段により圧力開放弁の開弁が判定された場合に、前記目標値を前記圧力開放弁の閉弁圧よりも低い値に設定することで前記燃料ポンプの燃料吐出量の低減を指令する吐出量低減指令手段と、
前記吐出量低減指令手段による吐出量低減指令後の前記蓄圧配管内の実燃圧を検出する燃圧検出手段と、
前記開弁判定手段により圧力開放弁の開弁が判定された場合に、前記燃圧検出手段により検出した実燃圧に基づいて、前記圧力開放弁の開弁の原因が復帰不可能な異常か復帰可能な異常かを判別する異常診断手段と、
前記異常診断手段による診断結果に基づいて所定のフェイルセーフ処理を実行するフェイルセーフ実行手段と、
を備え、
前記異常診断手段は、
前記吐出量低減指令手段による吐出量低減の指令後において所定時間の経過後も前記燃圧検出手段により検出した実燃圧が吐出量低減指令に対して追従変化していなければ、前記復帰不可能な異常が生じている旨判別する第1判別手段と、
前記吐出量低減指令手段による吐出量低減の指令後において前記所定時間の経過前に前記燃圧検出手段により検出した実燃圧が吐出量低減指令に対して追従変化していれば、前記復帰可能な異常が生じている旨判別するとともに、その復帰可能な異常の発生回数を算出する第2判別手段と、
を有し、
前記フェイルセーフ実行手段は、
前記第1判別手段により前記復帰不可能な異常が生じている旨判別された場合、及び前記第2判別手段により算出された前記発生回数が所定回数に達した場合に、前記フェイルセーフ処理を実行し、前記第2判別手段により前記復帰可能な異常が生じている旨判別されても、前記発生回数が前記所定回数に達していない場合に、前記フェイルセーフ処理を実行しないことを特徴とする高圧燃料制御装置。
