Description
図1を参照すると、蝋付けされた平板熱交換器は、本発明による少なくとも一つの端板200、300と複数(この場合おいては四つ)の伝熱板110とを備えている。各伝熱板110には、四つの開口120、120’、120’’、120’’’が形成されている。隣接する伝熱板においては、一方の伝熱板の開口は他方の伝熱板に在る他の開口に連結しており、それにより、一方の伝熱板の開口120が、隣接する伝熱板に在る開口120’’に連結すると共に、一方の端板の開口120’が隣接する伝熱板に在る開口120’’’に連結するようになる。
端板200は、端板300において開口が存在していることを除けば端板300と同一である。端板200には、端板300と同一の押印された起伏パターンが設けられている。
Claims (3)
- 蝋付けされた熱交換器の端板(200、300)であって、起伏するよう押印された隆起部および溝部からなるパターンを含んでおり、前記端板(200、300)は二つの長辺と二つの短辺とによって限定されており、熱交換されるべき媒体は前記二つの長辺に対し主として平行に流動するようになっている端板(200、300)において、
前記パターン(330、340)は、前記端板(200、300)の前記二つの短辺に対して平行にかつそれら短辺の間に延びている軸線の両側で該軸線に対し鏡面対称的に配置された二つの矢印パターンを前記端板(200、300)に備えており、
前記端板(200、300)の前記二つの短辺に対して平行にかつそれら短辺の間に延びている前記矢印パターンは、前記端板に蝋付けされるべき伝熱板(110)に設けられた魚骨形パターン(140、130)の対応する角度とは実質的に異なる先端角を有することを特徴とする端板。 - 前記端板(200、300)の前記二つの短辺に対して平行にかつそれら短辺の間に延びている前記軸線の両側における前記二つの矢印パターンは、互いに向かう方向を向いている請求項1記載の端板。
- 前記端板(200、300)の前記二つの短辺に対して平行にかつそれら短辺の間に延びている前記軸線の両側における前記二つの矢印パターンは、互いに離れる方向を向いている請求項1記載の端板。
