Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及钎焊板式换热器的端板。该端板包含凹凸图案,该凹凸图案包含压制到板材料中的脊和凹槽。
背景技术
在钎焊板式换热器的技术领域中,多个换热器板彼此堆叠形成换热器组。端板置于该堆叠结构的顶部和底部。端板的功能是双重的;首先,端板会封闭换热器组,其次,它会提供足够的强度以承受来自要进行热交换的介质的内压。
在大多数这种类型的换热器中,换热器组包括多个同样的板,其中每隔一块板都相对两块相邻的板旋转180度。结合每块换热器板都包含四个靠近换热器板的拐角设置的孔的事实,其中两个孔布置在从该板升高的区域上,这种布置使得换热器通道以本领域技术人员熟知的方式形成。
在大多数情形中,换热器板设置有凸纹印花的(relief printed)在换热器板上的“鱼骨”图案。鱼骨图案的高度等于设置有两个孔的区域的高度。结合每隔一块板相对其相邻的板都旋转180度的事实,鱼骨图案的布置使得钎焊点,也即两个相邻板的鱼骨图案彼此接触处的点,相对均匀地散布在甚至整个鱼骨图案之上。
为了节省材料和减少每个换热器占用的空间,现有的解决方案是将端板设计成允许介质在端板自身和相邻的换热器板之间流动。这一点通过为端板提供与换热器板鱼骨图案同样的鱼骨图案来实现。
依照现有技术的端板的一个缺陷是,必须相对相邻的换热器板旋转该端板。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,依照本发明的端板包括对称的凹凸图案。

具体实施方式
参照图1,钎焊板式换热器包括至少一块依照本发明的端板200,300和多个(在该情形中是四块)换热器板110。每块换热器板110包括四个开口120,120′,120″,120。在相邻的板上,一块板的开口连接另一块板上的另一开口,所以一块板的开口120连接相邻板上的开口120″,而一块板的开口120′连接其相邻板上的开口120。
由于开口120′和120″位于升高的表面上,因此仅在每隔一个的连接件120′和120之间会有接触。相邻的连接件120′,120使开口进入包含凸纹印花的脊130和凹槽140的鱼骨图案。由于在换热器板另一端上的开口120和120″之间有对应的开口,因此经过鱼骨图案的通道使开口对120′,120与120,120″连接。
在端板300上,有四个开口320,320′,320″,320,将它们定位在与相邻换热器板110上的相应开口120,120′,120″,120连通的位置。四个连接件325,325′,325″,325分别连接开口320,320′,320″,320。由于开口120′和120″是升高的,因此没有通向相邻换热器板110的鱼骨图案的开口。然而,有从由开口320,120和开口320,120限定的区域通向鱼骨图案的开口。正如可在图1中看到的,端板300上提供有包含脊330和凹槽340的凹凸图案。依照本发明,该凹凸图案不是如现有技术的端板凹凸图案的情形那样的鱼骨图案,而是这样一个图案,即关于轴线A是基本对称的,轴线A穿过换热器板110和端板200,300延伸。正如能够理解的,这意味着与换热器板110相比不可能错误地放置端板,而如果为端板提供现有技术的鱼骨图案,这一点却是可能的。
正如本领域技术人员能够理解的,必须将由开口320,320′,320″,320,120,120′,120″,120限定的开口封闭起来。依照本发明,这一点可由端板200来实现。除了端板300中的开口设置以外,端板200与端板300相同。端板200设置有与端板300同样的凸纹印花的图案。
如在背景技术部分所陈述的,换热器是钎焊的;这一点可由单一的钎焊实现,其中将包含多个换热器板110和至少两个端板200,300的堆叠结构放在钎焊炉中。通常,将钎焊材料片放在所述部件之间。在钎焊过程中,钎焊材料将会熔化,从而钎焊这些部件物理接触的区域,或者位置彼此靠近的区域。
对于现有技术的端板,相邻的换热器板在钎焊点上与端板钎焊在一起,钎焊点由提供在现有技术端板和换热器板上的鱼骨图案限定。这样就在现有技术端板和换热器板的整个区域上产生了同样密集的钎焊点图案。对于依照本发明的端板,不总是这种情形。在图2中,示出了依照图1所示端板300的端板和换热器板110之间的钎焊点BP。正如能够看到的,钎焊点分布在端板/换热器板的左侧、也即在鱼骨图案和端板图案之间的角度接近90度的地方更密集。在端板/换热器板的右侧,钎焊点BP的分布较不密集。正如能够看到的,围绕开口120′,320′和320″,120″有相对较大的区域被钎焊在一起。如早先提及的,这就意味着在这些开口和端板200与换热器板110之间的空间之间没有连接件而对于开口120,320和320,120却正相反。
上述内容产生了重要的结论;端板的凸纹印花的图案相对鱼骨图案的角存在角度差异是必要的;否则,在端板200和换热器板110之间将没有钎焊点,或者将有很长的钎焊点,该很长的钎焊点将密封端板和换热器板之间通道的相当大区域。这两点都是无益的;如果没有钎焊点,换热器将不牢固,而如果有很长的钎焊点,换热器的性能将会削弱。
在图3和4中,示出了端板200的两个不同的凸纹印花的图案。在图3中,脊230和凹槽240沿直线从端板的一端行进到端板的另一端。该图案的有益之处在于整个端板区域上有相等的钎焊点密度,假设端板将钎焊于其上的换热器板上设置有鱼骨图案。
在图4中,脊230和凹槽240相对端板200成角度行进。该设计给出钎焊点BP不均匀的分布,但有益之处在于能够获得较高的热性能。
端板200和300所有图示实施例的共同点在于端板关于轴线A是对称的,也即,端板是否绕该轴线旋转180度是没有关系的。从制造的角度来说这是非常有益的,这是由于它减少了端板位置出错的危险。
正如对任何本领域技术人员而言将是显而易见的,使用两块依照本发明的端板不是必需的;在一些情形中,使用一块依照本发明的端板和一块依照现有技术的端板可能是有利的。使用一块带有直线凹槽的端板(如图3所示)和一块带有成角度凹槽的端板(如图4所示)也可能是有益的。
本发明还不限于仅在一块端板上具有连接件的换热器;对于在两块端板上都具有连接件的换热器,使用依照本发明的端板同样是有益的。
Claims (3)
1.钎焊板式换热器的端板(200,300),包括凸纹印花的脊和凹槽的图案,其中端板(200,300)由两个长边和两个短边限定并且其中要进行热交换的介质应当主要平行于长边流动,其特征在于,图案(330,340)包含排列在一轴线的相对侧并关于该轴线镜像对称的两个箭头图案,该箭头图案平行于端板(200,300)的短边并在该短边之间延伸,平行于端板(200,300)的短边并在该短边之间延伸的箭头图案具有尖角,该尖角显著不同于要钎焊到该端板上的鱼骨图案(140,130)换热器板(110)的相应角。
2.如权利要求1所述的端板(200,300),其中在所述轴线两侧的平行于端板(200,300)的短边并在该短边之间延伸的所述两个箭头图案彼此相向地指向。
3.如权利要求1所述的端板(200,300),其中在所述轴线两侧的平行于端板(200,300)的短边并在该短边之间延伸的所述两个箭头图案彼此远离地指向。
