Claims (10)
- 流体間の熱交換のためのプレート式熱交換器(100)であって、
スタートプレート、エンドプレート、及び多数の熱交換プレート(110)を含み、
前記熱交換プレートは、隆起部(120)と溝部(130)のプレスパターンが設けられ、
前記熱交換プレートは、前記プレートが互いに重ねられたときに、接点における隣接するプレート(110)の隆起部(120)と溝部(130)の間の接触によって、互いにある距離を置いて維持され、
前記隣接する熱交換プレートの隆起部(120)と溝部(130)の間の接点は、熱交換プレート(110)のプレート長に沿って形成される前記接点を結ぶライン(CP)が曲線状となるように位置されることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 前記隆起部(120)と前記溝部(130)のプレスパターンのピッチは、前記熱交換プレート(110)のプレート長にわたって変化する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記プレスパターンのピッチは、前記プレート長にわたって増加する、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記プレスパターンのピッチは、等差級数に従って増加する、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記プレスパターンのピッチは、前記熱交換器の前記プレート長の一部にわたって変化する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記隆起部(120)と溝部(130)は、より大きいピッチの部分で分離される、より小さいピッチの前記隆起部(120)と溝部(130)の部分によって定義されるグループで分配される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記プレスパターンの前記隆起部(120)と溝部(130)のピッチは、前記熱交換プレート(110)の前記プレート長にわたって様々な部分において異なる、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記隆起部(120)と溝部(130)は、ヘリンボーンパターンに配置される、請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記隆起部(120)と溝部(130)は、曲線パターンに配置される、請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の熱交換器。
