Description
1.少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤を含んで成る添加剤組成物。
2.少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤がポリメタクリル酸エステル、オレフィンコポリマー、および水素化スチレンイソプレンポリマーから選択される、上記1に記載の組成物。
3.添加剤組成物の総重量に対し、重量比約1%から約75%の範囲の量の、少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤が存在している、上記1に記載の組成物。
4.添加剤組成物の総重量に対し、重量比約10%から約50%の範囲の量の、少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤が存在している、上記1に記載の組成物。
5.少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のうち一方がジエステルであり、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のもう一方がスルホンである、上記1に記載の組成物。
6.添加剤組成物の総重量に対し、重量比約1%から約75%の範囲の量の、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤が存在している、上記1に記載の組成物。
7.添加剤組成物の総重量に対し、重量比約10%から約50%の範囲の量の、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤が存在している、上記1に記載の組成物。
8.少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤がポリメタクリル酸エステルである、上記1に記載の組成物。
9.少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤が油溶性エステル、油溶性スルホン、およびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、上記1に記載の組成物。
10.油溶性エステルが、一塩基性アルコールのエステル、二塩基性アルコールのエステル、および一塩基性のエステルを含んだポリオールのエステルのなかの少なくとも一つである、上記9に記載の組成物。
11.油溶性スルホンが以下のうち少なくとも一つを含んで成る置換スルホランである、上記9に記載の組成物:
(a)少なくとも四つの炭素原子を含んで成る炭化水素ベースのラジカル;
(b)非炭化水素置換基を含んで成る置換炭化水素ラジカル;および
(c)ヘテロラジカル。
12.組成物の100℃での動粘度が約2cStから約50cStである、上記1に記載の組成物。
13.組成物の100℃での動粘度が約2cStから約20cStである、上記12に記載の組成物。
14.組成物が様々な温度で安定性を示す、上記1に記載の組成物。
15.組成物が約4℃から約50℃で安定性を示す、上記14に記載の組成物。
16.組成物がエンジン潤滑剤である、上記1に記載の組成物。
17.組成物がトランスミッション潤滑剤である、上記1に記載の組成物。
18.組成物がギア潤滑剤である、上記1に記載の組成物。
19.少量の上記1に記載の少なくとも一つの添加剤組成物を含んで成る潤滑剤組成物。
20.さらに主要量の基油を含んで成る、上記19に記載の組成物。
21.基油が、鉱油、植物油、パラフィン油、ナフテン油、芳香油、合成油、ガス・ツー・リキッド、それらの誘導体、およびそれらの混合物の中から選択される、上記20に記載の組成物。
22.非分散性粘度指数向上剤、過塩基性清浄剤、酸化防止剤、清浄剤、酸化マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、極圧(EP)剤、摩耗減少剤、消泡剤、摩擦調整剤、曇り防止剤、曇り点降下剤、流動点降下剤、鉱油および/または合成油、それらの混合物、およびそれらの組み合わせの中から選択された少なくとも一つの追加的添加剤をさらに含む、上記19に記載の組成物。
23.少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤を含んで成る潤滑剤組成物への添加に適したトップ処理組成物。
24.少なくとも一つの少量の添加剤組成物を含んで成る潤滑剤組成物であって、ここで添加剤組成物が主に少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤から成る潤滑剤組成物。
25.少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤を組み合わせることを含んで成る、潤滑組成物の混和性を改善する方法。
26.潤滑システムに、少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤を含む添加剤パッケージを加えることを含んで成る、シールの容積を増加させる方法。
27.少なくとも一つの分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤を組み合わせることを含んで成る潤滑組成物の混和性を改善する方法であって、ここでシールスウエル添加剤の一方がジエステルであり、またシールスウエル添加剤のもう一方がスルホンである方法。
28.潤滑性粘度のオイルと上記1に記載の添加剤組成物を含んで成る、オートマチックトランスミッション流体組成物。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも一つのポリメタクリレート分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤を含んで成り、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のうち一方がジエステルであり、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のもう一方がスルホンであり、そして更に添加剤組成物がトランスミッション液添加剤であり、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤が、添加剤組成物の全重量に対して10重量%から50重量%の範囲の量で存在する、ことを特徴とする添加剤組成物。
- ジエステルが、モノアルコールと二塩基酸のエステル、および一塩基酸とジオールのエステルのなかの少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも一つのポリメタクリレート分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤、ただし、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のうち一方がジエステルであり、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のもう一方がスルホンである、を含んで成る潤滑剤組成物への添加に適した添加剤組成物。
- 潤滑システムに、少なくとも一つのポリメタクリレート分散性粘度指数向上剤と少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤、ただし、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のうち一方がジエステルであり、少なくとも二つのシールスウエル添加剤のもう一方がスルホンである、を含む添加剤パッケージを加えることを含んで成る、シールの体積を増加させる方法。
