Description
Claims (10)
- 第一の軸を持つピンと、
前記ピンに略垂直に一体化された基板と、
前記ピンに回転可能に接続され、前記基板に対して相対的に動くことが可能なカムアームと、
前記カムアームに搭載された接触部材と、
前記カムアームに接続され、前記接触部材をベルトに対して駆動させる弾性部材と、を有する、オイル内で作動するベルトドライブ用のテンショナであって、
前記カムアームを前記基板上で軸方向に支持する、耐油性のポリマー材から成る摩擦部材であり、軸方向で前記カムアームと前記基板との間に置かれる摩擦部材と、
前記カムアームを介して前記摩擦部材を前記基板に対して押し付ける軸方向弾性手段と、
を有することを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項1記載のテンショナであって、
前記カムアームは、前記第一の軸と同軸の座を形成し、
前記軸方向弾性手段は、前記座の内部に収容される、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項2記載のテンショナであって、
前記ピンに固定され、前記軸方向弾性手段を圧縮する押圧板を更に有する、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項3記載のテンショナであって、
前記押圧板は、前記軸方向弾性手段の潤滑を可能にするギャップを形成する、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載のテンショナであって、
前記軸方向弾性手段は、前記カムアームに直接接触する、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項記載のテンショナであって、
前記接触部材は中空プーリを含む、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項記載のテンショナであって、
前記接触部材は、前記カムアームに接続されたシューを含む、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項記載のテンショナであって、
前記摩擦部材は、岩綿、酸化マグネシウム、黒鉛、及び、粘土を含む、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項8記載のテンショナであって、
前記摩擦部材は、天然ゴムベースの結合剤を含む、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項記載のテンショナであって、
前記カムアームは、前記弾性部材を完全に収容するハウジングを形成する、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。
