Claims (9)
- 互いに隣接しかつ橋絡片(8)により互いに区画される玉ポケット(4)を有するアンギュラコンタクト玉軸受(2)用保持器(1)であって、橋絡片(8)から弾性的に撓む保持突起(10)が突出し、保持突起(10)が、周方向に互いに逆方向に向きかつ互いに開くように傾斜する側面(11)を持っているものにおいて、保持突起(10)にあって互いに逆方向に向く2つの側面(11)の周方向間隔が、回転軸線(3)からの半径方向距離の減少と共に増大し、側面(11)の周方向間隔の増大と共に保持突起(10)の高さが減少することを特徴とする、保持器。
- 各側面(11)が少なくとも1つのまっすぐな本体縁(13)によって描かれ、本体縁(13)が仮想面に対して特定の角だけ傾斜しており、仮想面が保持器(1)の回転軸線(3)から出て、保持器(1)の軸線方向に回転軸線(3)と同じ向きに向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 各側面(11)が、回転軸線(3)と交差する仮想直線に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の保持器。
- 側面(11)が平らな面(13a)であり、面(13a)が鋭角をなして互いに傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の保持器。
- 保持突起(10)が橋絡片(8)にある面部分(17)から突出し、面部分(17)が回転軸線(3)の方を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 各、玉ポケット(4)がほぼ均一な壁厚を持つ少なくとも1つの側壁(14)を持ち、側壁(14)が、橋絡片(8)から少なくとも軸線方向に突出するように湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 保持突起(10)が、最大でも側壁(14)が橋絡片(8)から軸線方向に最も大きく突出する程度に、軸線方向の最も大きく突出していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の保持器。
- 保持器(1)が周方向に取巻く側縁(9)を持ち、側縁(9)が玉ポケット(4)を側壁(14)に対向して軸線方向に区画していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 側縁(9)と保持器(1)の回転軸線(3)との最小半径方向間隔が、側壁(14)と回転軸線(3)との最大半径方向間隔より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の保持器。
