Description
図1は本発明の実施形態による空気入りタイヤの加硫前の状態を示す断面図で、図2は図1のR部における拡大断面図である。
各タイヤをリム組みした後、空気圧210kPaを充填して、トレッド面にそれぞれ5本のトレッド部を貫通する長さの釘を打ち込んだ。その状態で1時間放置した後、トレッド部に打ち込んだ5本の釘をすべて除去して24時間放置した。その間タイヤ内圧の変化及び釘打ち込み部の状況を調べて、その結果からシール性が合格レベルであった場合を◎、合格レベルに至らなかった場合を×とした。
各タイヤをリム組みした後、空気圧200kPaを充填して、ユニフォミティー試験機により、タイヤの走行速度を90km/hで3時間連続走行させた後のユニフォミティーを測定した。その結果を5段階に評価した。数値が大きいほどユニフォミティーが優れていることを示している。

Claims (4)
- トレッド部に対応する領域におけるインナーライナーの内側に粘着シーラント層を配置した空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記粘着シーラント層を、前記インナーライナー側に配置した圧縮永久歪み率が40%以下の補助ゴム層と該補助ゴム層の内側に配置した粘着シーラント材との積層体で構成し、前記粘着シーラント層の厚さを3〜6mmにすると共に、前記補助ゴム層の厚さが前記粘着シーラント層の厚さの20〜60%を占めるようにし、かつ前記インナーライナーの厚さを前記粘着シーラント層が接する領域において他の領域よりも肉厚に形成した空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記粘着シーラント材をパーオキサイドにより熱分解するゴム成分で構成すると共に、前記粘着シーラント層の内側をカバーゴムシートにより被覆した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補助ゴム層の破断伸びが700%以下である請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補助ゴム層の300%モジュラスが13Mpa以下である請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
